in isaac's (and peter's) vision, claire is obviously running away from someone scared for her life. my question is, for someone who has fallen 5 stories, run into a burning train, had her neck broken, had a stick in her brain, and crashed a car straight into a wall and survived everytime, she seems to be extremely scared. that means that whatever she is running from, she knows that she will not survive it.

so what could this person (presumably sylar) be capable of doing if a seemingly invincible girl is so scared???

Hmmm, I dunno. Possibly what he did/does to Jackie (I believe he will go after her first, thinking she is Claire). Also possibly because he tries to scare her by doing the villian thing and revealing his plan.

she didn't really seem to be effected by anything while her ribs were sticking out and whats his face had to tell her to fix herself.

When someone breaks a bone, chemicals are released to dull the pain as a survival tactic. It's easier to get out of a situation without agonizing pain.

point: Claire was dead for a while when the stick was stuck in her head. I have a feeling that if she looses a limb or organ (like a brain) she can't regrow a new one.

She can repair damage, not make new parts.

But when she lost her ring and put her hand into the plumb?
Were her fingers cut down or just injured badly?

Maybe Sylar killed Jackie, i.e.(cut off the top of her head and brain-sucked her) and now he knows it was the wrong cheerleader. NOW he's going after Clare to brain-suck her, and Clare knows she would not survive THAT!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't there a hero that can sense other heroes? I can't remember. Oops! That's the X-Men. Sorry.
