The thread about the eonline spoilers mentions one charater is getting killed off early because of contract issues, so that caharacter's story was given a jump-start, with jump italicized. To me, Nathan is the only one I can associate with jumping. No one really expects him to die, so that would be a shocker.

Yes, it is 100% Sylar. My guess is that he escapes the confines that HRG/Hatian Guy/Eden put him in when they captured him last episode and goes after Eden because
1) She is the one "guarding" his escape (hah, nice move HRG)
and
2) Because he knows she has powers now since she used them on him.
While I agree that Isaac will die, I don't think it will be in the next episode. Why? Because the same logic that tells you Isaac will die, also tells you he won't die for another two weeks.
In one of the first episodes Claire says, "Homecoming's three weeks from now". Hiro found Isaac dead FIVE weeks in the future. So unless there's a two week jump in the middle of episode 11... Isaac's not dead yet.

I hate this, the tension of who's going to die, it better not be peter or claire or hiro....
So far everyone thinks it's isaac, and i have to agree he has served his purpose, and the show would be a downer if he was able to master his skills perfectly such that he can predict everything... Plus the whole future thing, it does seem like isaac may die....Plus Santiago hasn't been doing the publicity stuff for the film, so hopefully all the popular 1s won't die... Problem is, they said it was contract based and they neede to give the character a jump start... well, his character hasn't really developed yet, but it's like boone on lost, they get the good looking guy who's somewhat interesting and kill him....
However, DL may have gotten shot, but no1 is really considering him, but most ppl aren't really attached to him yet, so that's ok...
Eden should stay, she's interesting, it would be premature to kill her... But then again the trailer did have her removed from the scene afer a while..
If it's contract based it may be ali larter(nikki) or greg grunberg(matt). Ali may be involved with movies and Greg is like the best friend of JJ abrams, if there's a new show or something, he may be going, like he left alias....
Claire has a fair chance of death, cos the prophecy is save the cheerleader save the world, but who says the homecoming was the event that was going to kill her.... Plus the trailer has her shocked face ona street and stuff, so just maybe she's it...
Hopefully Hiro & Peter are safe.... They have been doing promos and they have been saying they are really busy with heroes work, but that may be misguiding the public... Oh nathan has been workin the publicity scene as well....

In the pic, I think that Sylar is holding Eden by the throat so she cannot suggest anything. She is threatening to shoot herself in the head, making her brain useless to Sylar. It looks as if she is through a shattered window. Perhaps she was behind a one sided mirror observing Sylar (or just a window), and he pulled her through. The shattering surely would have alerted someone, like the Haitian. I think he will save her.
As for who I think is most likely to die: I think it's Nathan. No one is really attached to him. It would just stink, because then Peter wouldn't be able to fly anymore.
I think it might be Ted or Isaac. I agree that Isaac's purpose has come to an end thus far. He has only been painting about the cheerleader until Episode 9 were he paints the fire guy. Would he be able to paint his future randomly? All his paintings so far have been about other people. Maybe he is not around long enough to paint about "serious" events (such as saving the world and all).
Lets say that Ted enters meltdown mode, going to explode all over New York due to still unknown causes. Like Hiro says "How do you stop an exploding man?" I think that it is going to be Ted almost 100%.

Thanks yankowsky02, i think ted is a real possibility, but he does go supernova and kill the gynecologist without killing himself, so he may have some contingency or ability that prevents him from dying as he does not seem to be affected by his own radiation.
However, has anyone considered that Ted may be what causes NYC to go nuclear... I mean he is emitting crazy amounts of radiation.... I think there's a possibility that sylar may get to him, and thus cause the explosion.... So he may die by sylar's hand....
think about it friends...next week NY goes boom...last week was home comming and this week we spent in the past... so times up... we already seen Issac dead so i'm assuming he's a give away... i don't think eden will die but notice Sylar's hair... some of it is missing...whats the deal there?
now here is a twist for ya... maybe Voodo is Claires daddy... Voodoo is always lurkin nearby when Bennet is on the job and he seems to appear out of no where...what if he can project images into peoples heads, and voodoo speaks through him... cleaver ploy he's always a few steps behind Bennet! mental projection...woooo that would be a big secret!
i don't think sylar can get next to Ted... Ted is a loose cannon and sylar needs to be up close. SO if Ted is pissed and flames on sylar will get fried... or if he manages to get teds head open just as hes flaming up the brain will be toasted and no snack for Sylar...and remember ted is running amuck so who knows where he is...
on another note...
Gabriel Sylar.... Gabriel=angel of death (or is associated as such) so sylar is the angel of death...heh... neat...

I'm one of those people that reads the first couple of chapters of books then reads the last few pages, so tracking down spoilers is something of a hobby of mine. If all the spoilers are to be believed then the one who dies is someone who had to leave due to other contractual obligations.
I investigated at IMDB and the only one who is currently filming anything other than Heroes is Isaac (The movie Goal 2). Eden has a couple movies in post production, as does Nikki. Since actors aren't really needed for post production (except maybe for looping dialogue) my money is on Isaac.
