Based on the suggestion of board member rob44784, I've set up a currency exchange for those of you who want the signature and rank effects in the Taiyaki Waffle Exchange but don't want to wait to earn waffles through normal posting to get them. I'll never beg you for donations, however if you like the content, format, and community you see here, you can help me out with hosting and bandwidth costs by donating via Paypal and receive waffles to use in the shops in return. Starting out the exchange rate is $1 for 300 waffles, this rate may fluctuate over time.

In the effects shop you will also find two special features - "Privilege to change your username," and "Change the custom title of another member." (Just keep in mind that custom titles may be altered by censorship filters. Smile

)

That's cause I was just in the process of setting up a special rank for those who donate. You should have 5 symbols now. Smile

You can set your own title in the effects shop by chosing "Custom Title" for 500 waffles.

Master of Mimicry was the custom title I chose with my prize from the art contest.

Edit: Just for my info, Once we do the effects with our Names and Titles, do we have to have additional waffles to make color changes, or is it like the title. Once we buy the feature, it's always there. Either way is fine, I just want to know if I need to be really really sure before I hit submit, lol.

I would be happy to donate $ for waffles but am curently internet almost-crippled (can't receive e-mail, web-surf etc... using friend's computer now) & also cannot use PayPal. Is there a RW address/P.O. Box to send a USPS MO to? 8ball

I appreciate that! Right now Paypal is the only method I have set up. You can get going with Paypal even if you don't have a credit card, you can setup a Paypal account with a bank account instead. I will look into other methods of accepting donations though, and will let you know what I find.
