It's a great game overall. I've had a lot of fun with both the DS version (Under the Knife) and the Wii version (Second Opinion). They're basically the same game except the controls and story are tweaked a bit. It is one of my two favorite DS games and that is saying a lot (the other is Phoenix Wright). If you have any interest in a game like this I highly reccomend it.

I'm totally considering buying a copy of Trauma Center for the DS. I've heard it was fun, but knowing me I'll end up bungling everything horribly. "That thing's connected to the...red thing! The red thing's connected to my...wrist watch! ...Uh-oh."
(Oh, and Phoenix Wright = 10 cans of win.)
