Dale could also be enhanced processing, but that's a tough one. Yeah, I'd probably put her with the enhanced physical. She's sort of in between. She's the only character so far who's ability involved an enhanced sense. Perhaps they'll be one with enhanced visioneventually? Like x-ray vision and the ability to see details at great distances or something like that? We also haven't seen a superspeed person unless you count the fliers. There are so many unused abilities. I can't wait to see what new ones come along as they introduce new characters.
That's true, but his effect is more on the things around him than on himself. So it's not really that he sped himself up, but he slowed everything else down. He warps space and time, but he himself stays the same, at least thats how it seems to me. But what if there was a character who had the power to speed up his or her own actions and movements to insane velocities?

In our frame of reference, Hiro does speed up his actions and movements to insane velocities. You could look at it as Hiro putting himself in a faster frame of reference. Or everyone else in a slower one.
I think I know what you mean - that the person you have in mind does it by muscle strength, improved reflexes, etc. But the result of Hiro's ability is identical in every way.
It is. But come on now The Flash and Hiro have completely different abilities regardless of how Hiro does it, it would never ever be the same as the flash because the flash doesn't mess with time.
One alternative for how teleportation works (not really used in this show) is just to stop time and walk in frozen time from point A to point B. Again, why I think time control is the best power ever!!!
All incarnations of the Flash can move, think, and react at superhuman speeds, their body chromosomes/molecules[citation needed] vibrate so fast that the Flash can walk through walls. All possess an aura that prevents air friction from affecting their bodies and clothes while moving.[citation needed]
Now, the whole article needs citations so you can take it however you wish. I'll take back that the flash NEVER messes with time, but their powers ARE completely different.there is a MAJOR difference between slowing time and moving at a regular human capacity (but still moving faster because time is SLOWED) and having superhuman reflexes and speeds beyond the capacity of what a normal human can do. Now even if say hiro could speed up time around a certain object and make it move faster that is STILL DIFFERENT than having the actual superhuman reflexes yourself. The flash's body and power work completely differently than hiros so I will not say that Hiro has the same power as the flash because it's not true. Hiro may be able to win in a race by slowing down time so he moves faster or (if he can do this) speed up time for just himself, just because the end result is somewhat similar doesn't mean the power is the same. In a flat race between the two where neither could use TIME travel abilities the flash would win because the majority of his power is used without manipulating time.
This might be in another thread, but I haven't seen anyone mention the story that Bob tells Nathan of the Tsunami that became a snow storm. That means one of the orignal 12 can either manipulate weather or has freezing ability.
I don't think that Bob said that the tsunami became a snowstorm, but instead of a snowstorm it could have been a tsunami. They chose to help humanity instead of destroying it. But that means there is someone out there that has control over water, like in the latest GN.
Honestly, I DO think it meant there was going to be a tsunami and that they worked together to ensure it wouldn't devastate like that. I honestly DO think it means there is someone who froze the water or has control over the element(s) and they were a member of the original 12.

Didn't see the date on the newspaper, but maybe Adam has manipulated someone else again?
