Welcome! I think you're right. The picture of the Weasel on Imdb looks nothing like that old fireman. It looks alot like that guy Matt is interrogating in the previews. I'd bet on that. Good job! |

Okay, so I went to Imdb and it does say "Weasel" appeared in the first two episodes. But it doesn't make sense that they would give some random guy that appeared in the first two episodes a name, especially if no one referred to him (does anybody recall hearing the name "Weasel"? I sure don't.) and especially if he won't be appearing again. It would just say "Random Guy" played by so-and-so if he's even listed at all. The fact that he is listed on Imdb, and he has a name, leads me to believe that he has some relevance and we will be seeing him again. |
IMDB can't be trusted (sometimes). In the cast list for Genesis, they also mention that Richard Roundtree appears as "Charles Deveaux", and I can't remember them mentioning him or anything in Genesis. Can't recall any mention of Weasel either though. Agreed that Weasel will play a greater role at some point, I think. See here for each episode's cast list:
