Oddly enough I never thought of that. But as Isaac is a painter wouldn't he have plenty of brushes to be used?
Also, as far as I can see, there's no holes for where the brushes were. Perhaps this is the same prop used in episode 2 and the part where Sylar used the brushes on him was thought up later and not added to the prop.
Didn't he use those brushes to pin Isaac to the floor with TK??
Yes, he did. DestinedForGreatness noticed they're missing in the photo above.
I haven't been able to go through all of the posts, so I apologize if this was posted already, but anyways...
How about this for a continuity error:
The series is taking place in 2006, right? After all, when Hiro looks at his watch in Chapter 2, it says 10-2-06, if I remember correctly.
So, if this is the case, then shouldn't "Five Years Gone" be taking place in 2011 and NOT 2012? We may be in 2007 right now, but the Heroes aren't. In the preview we are told 2012, and we are also told that Hiro teleports to sometime around the date of the explosion, which is November 8th. So that means that he teleports to about November 8th, 2012.
Hah - revision for Chapter 20 - "Six Years Gone."
Good to see I wasn't the only one who noticed this.
I found another problem. Having watched episode 21 nearly 15 times helps.
As you can see, the month IS november, but according to my calendar, it's not november 2006 as the 1st wasn't on a tuesday. In the bottom right corner is one of the two possibilities, november 2005. The other one I found was november 2011 (5 years in the future from their time). Perhaps Linderman managed to go to the future to see what his efforts had done and swiped a calendar while he was there, lol.

That's a very cool find, Destined. In my opinion, I think it may be just be a continuity error on behalf of the writers... but of course, I'm hoping for the opposite and that its significance is much bigger. Kudos!

Possibility:
By going back in time and sending Peter to save Claire, Hiro changed Sylar's path significantly.
If it weren't for Peter, Sylar probably would have killed Claire and gotten away from the school without being captured by Primatech.
He would have gotten to Zane Taylor days earlier, thus missing the little torture session with Mohinder...
These events may have made Sylar a bit more sadistic, causing him to impale Isaac the second time around where he just simply killed him the first time.

Your forgetting that he pinned Mollys mother to the Banisters on the stair case with Kitchen utensils
The cockroach crawling around the manhole in NY was a Madagascar Hissing Cockroach.... just like the one in Texas at Primatech...... These guys are a long way from home.

Aww man, you beat me to it. I saw the roach and was like "WTF? Those roaches aren't native to NY."
In the season 1 finale, Molly asks for a pushpin to find Sylar. Matt gives her a clear one, but when he takes it from her to tell Mohinder and Noah that Sylar is somewhere near Reid street, the pushpin is green.

Lol, NICE, Destined. I think writers would tear their hair out if they knew what kind of details hardcore fans like us notice in the episodes, lol.
