But yeah, I'm betting on goof, here. Seriously. Watching the scenes back to back... When Mama Suresh tells Moh about Shanti, it's got nothing to do with Sanjog, so I doubt he factors into it in the slightest.
I'll have to rewatch the episode to verify, but I think they might have said that Chandra found the cure 2 months after Shanti died...not that Mohinder was born at that time...
I have to agree with you on this one and as for Moh saying he died before she was born maybe he just assumed it because he doesnt remember her.

His mom told him he was two when she died. No dreams, he was wide awake when it happened.
I go back on what I said. I'm recording the podcast now and am doing this segment on the error. Mohinder does say: "She died before I was born" in ep 21, but in ep 8 "Seven Minutes before midnight", Mohinder's mother tells him: "You had a sister, her name was Shanti. She was 5 years old when she died, 2 years after you were born."

I retract my statement. lol
I officially change my opinion on this. BTW does anyone else think we might be over analyising on this one. I think it might just be a mistake that we should forget.
Well, its a pretty small detail, something like this. But, you'd think they'd at least make sure of their facts before drafting the episode for filming, let alone airing it like this. I mean, Shanti was only even mentioned once in the entire season, it's not like there's a whole lot of facts to check.
Either way, its something only we'd notice, and something that they SHOULD have noticed But I think I like the slip-up story better. It wouldn't have made a whole lot of sense if she was dying for two years and then right after she dies Chandra says "Yatta!" when he looks at Lil' Mohinder. It makes more sense that she died, he was born and Chandra suddenly found the cure. Not only that, but it explains why he had disdain for Mohinder, and why he could never "take her place".
HRG, Matt, and Ted are all in Missouri, at a car lot. The lighting suggests it's roughly 10 AM (keep in mind this is around November).
The arrive at Manhattan. The lighting is the same.
It's a 14-15 hour drive from St. Charles Missouri to New York City.
Figure that one out. Oh, and they were driving East... so the sun should be setting earlier. Especially considering they crossed a time-zone.
Ted's jumping of the battery in the car turned it into one of Doctor Brown's Delorean time cars, and they were able to travel that distance in about fifteen seconds!
How about that Peter thinks a bullet will stop him from going nuclear, when we all know that it'll only make it worse?
In the back of the head you say? Of course. Because bullets never travel all the way through the flesh when moving through the human head. Especially when using the caliber of gun that Peter gave Claire. Was certainly bigger than a 9 mill.
Then there's the fact that, as seen on CSI recently, you can get shot in the neck (towards the back of the head, even) and survive. The flesh will even grow AROUND the bullet, making this a moot point towards saving the world.
The only real solution I see as far as bodily harm is concerned? Off with his head.
