Well remember when Bob was talking with Nikki, 4-mos ago, and he said, "Did you see the front page of the Newspaper? Not a mention of the bomb, Lindermans death, or anything else". So, obviously there is a "Hero" working with the company, that can maybe cause mass amneesia, or something of that nature. How else could no one have known about that?
There weren't witnesses in Kirby Square besides those involved. Everyone there had strong motivation to keep things secret.
A lot of people may have seen the flash in the sky. I think the Company was more likely to go with a cover story or let people think it was a UFO or something than to try to cause mass amnesia. If they have the ability to put a story in the paper to cover things up, they could claim meteor, satellite reentry, nova, comet, whatever. A lot of us don't know what these would look like.
I'm not sure the iPods ever existed. Maybe the Haitian passed along a false lead to make sure the box was opened soon.

seems to me Kirby Plaza is less "commercial" and more business... as in the business of the company. The Plaza is surrounded by company owned buildings.

So, in my opinion, this is something that will end up involving other specials, or heroes. They wouldn't have pointed that out, unless they wanted to be able to explain it later. Well, with the writers strike going on, who knows now! That's SUCH manure, that we only have what, 3 episodes left??!! AND-no Heroes spinoff!?? Dont get me started!!

I agree with you, Karin, in that the reason nobody heard about what happened may have something to do with an ability - the same way as how Candice "cleaned up" the Bennets' neighborhood after "Company Man" (although, she's not much use now, considering that she's missing a brain, lol). I see it as being very similar to the "Snowfall on Miami" article - it seemed as if Bob was hinting to the fact that a special had something to do with that as well.
However, like that scenario, while I would love for them to explain it eventually, we may never receive that luxury ~sigh~
Well Korn, I dont think that we can have much hope in seeing a lot of things being explained, the way that they should be! Damn this writers strike!!! Do you know if they are planning for another season at least? If so, how many more seasons? I think it would be cool, if they just made a movie out of it! They could do a few sequels with there story line! It would be like X-Men!! One can only hope!!
