I still think Angela was in on Arthur Petrelli's death. She was good buddies with Linderman, it seemed, so I'm guessing she was good buddies with Monroe, too. Remember, she was in on the blow up New York scheme with them. When she told Peter "you are the only one who can save us", I think she was trying to lead Peter towards his alliance with Monroe. I think Monroe will use that same angle on Peter.

i posted the pic w/ Pete a while ago inquiring about the hoodie, and no, he wasn't the killer.

Beeman said so in his blog. (it was Adam, which makes sense considering the manner Kaito was killed)

There was also a question raised about how Adam could have gotten up and fled so quickly as one would think that, like Claire, he would take a few moments to heal. Hiro is going to attempt to save his father, so he could end up teleporting somewhere with Adam during that scene.

Or Peter could have been involved as an accomplice, possibly flying Adam away as they fell or something like that. That could also account for the noise Popcorn was talking about, a sonic boom or something.

It makes it harder to believe that Peter would be involved in murders especially now that he has his memory back. Ultra Dark Peter would have been possible if he still had lost his memories but now that he remembers everything, it makes it less likely that he would actually murder. He may be involved in sinister plots through manipulation by Adam but I dont think peter would ok with killing a lot of people. Adam will take advantage of Peter's distaste for the company and go on sabotage missions but not to actually start killing people and even be involved in attacking his own mother.

Adam probably fled to the warehouse and when Peter did not show up he probably started the killings with Kaito himself. Initially his plan probably involved Peter in doing the dirty work but when he realized he probably could not attack all of the original 12 on his own, he went and recruited Maury who I believe had beef with the company long before he was used by Adam. The company had been looking for him through Molly even before Adam escaped.

Also I want to know more about the terrible things the originals had done. It had to be something more than just locking Adam Monroe up. Yea, that is bad but not horrifying as to the tone Angela and Kaito had used to describe it. And they probably had done a lot of bad things to a lot of people if they couldnt exactly narrow down who the suspects were. I also want to know of Angela's involvement in the current company management. She was probably of Linderman's faction but do they completely keep her out of the dark with everything. She has to know Peter is alive. And how did Nathan never question how he got to the hospital in the first place? Did none of the doctors ever mention that some guy with emo hair and burned clothes brought you in?
