Why would a kid be killing one of Linderman's original crew? I would think it would be one of the remaining 9 that killed him..er well, i guess 7 since Angela and Kaito don't count.
Claude is DEFINATELY not one of the original 12. He's not the right age, he didnt have a position in the company reflecting this. He was just another Company Man like Bennet.
Besides, they dont even know if the can get Chris Eccleston to come back to the show. And why wouldnt he just have tackled Kaito invisibly?
Unless they plan on having Masi Oka lose some weight, the body shape of Kaito's killer did not match that of Hiro's.
If Kensei is immortal, and did become one of the original 12, and Kaito knew this, then it would surely explain why he was the last person Kaito expected.
Definitely not Claude in my opinion either - why wear a hoodie to cover your face when you could go invisible? And how would Claude survive a fall like that?
If what you say is indeed the case, Alu (a good and evil version of a time-traveler battling through time), then it could just as easiliy be Peter as well - so I'm gonna stick to my ridiculous Other Peter theory
Here are my choices for Kaito's killer-
1) Other Peter,
2) Kensei, or
3) Someone we've never met before

Thanks to Davron, we now know the title for episode #5
"Fight or Flight"
As I mentioned in that thread, it's an interesting title for an episode where we are supposedly going to find out who Boogyman #2 is.
So, bear with me here (all speculation)...
Maybe I'm not as crazy as I think in that
Maybe the Kaito's killer wears a hoodie because his face is disfigured
Regardless, we do know that this person would have to have an ability that would allow him to survive a fall.
Maybe the title alludes to it
Maybe this person can fly
Maybe I missed it, but I haven't heard anyone else mention that on the way to meet with Kaito, Ondo was bumped into by Nathan in the street. Isn't it funny that Nathan was at the scene of both marked pictures? Either it's him - or he's working with someone else.
I just watched it again and it sure looks like Nathan. (no hoodie though)

Just to humor you, as in, I don't believe what I'm about to say is true... just that this is a possible answer.
We've heard that West is soon going to be telling Claire that he's once had an encounter with a man in Horn-Rimmed Glasses. If West ever decided to try and find said man, he may one day discover that he works for a certain company. A company owned by certain people. People that are dying left and right at the moment.
The thing that I found most interesting about it is the way Kaito was killed.
You'd think that, if this person was as powerful as Kaito SAID they were... they'd have used it, rather than just shoving him off of a building. Ando could've done that. I could've done that. Anybody could have. Even people that DON'T have powers.
