In regards to Mohinder getting mindwiped, I'm back on your boat, Jorm and JJ. Mohinder's side of the plan need to be seamless because if they do, somehow, have access to another telepath, they could easily find out that he's lying about getting mindwiped, at which point he'd be killed for going against the Company.
ALTHOUGH, on the other hand, we haven't seen/heard of any talk about The Company having a telepath, because if they did, they could very well be using him/her against Mohinder as we speak.
Yeah, I'm gonna agree with that one too. I posted this in the GN section....but Mohinder was definitely writing something down in the GN before the hatian mindwiped him......which sounds to me exactly like an HRG move. Leave yourself a note so that you'll have something to believe in and go off of, because the company MIGHT have a way of mind reading.
How disappointed do you think Peter will be when he discovers he's really a hospice nurse?
^.^
"Man, I must've been a real badass before I lost my memory."
"Actually..."
"What?"
"Actually you were just the loner son of a politician who never lived up to his parents standards and continued to follow that image when you decided to be a hospice nurse. You were actually kind of a loser before."
*zap* "Good thing that's changed."

Seriously, it depends how much of his personality went with his memory, and on whether he gets his memory back. He chose the career once. Of course, after knocking over an armored truck, it's going to seem really tame.
This was posted in another thread regarding Sylar:

Anyone else notice the ticking clocks sound before he killed Betty? That means his intuitive aptitude was working....

Yes indeed. But I think that almost makes it more interesting. How, then, did the Company manage to rid him of the powers he'd accumulated, if he doesn't have the virus?
How about this for a theory:
Spoilers indicate that The Haitian is getting stronger. I interpret this to mean that his ability is becoming more powerful. So, what if The Haitian can now mindwipe abilities from people?
With Peter, he erased his memory but left him his abilities.
With Sylar, he erased his abilities but left him his memory.
The question now is, we know The Haitian was on the run from Thompson, but was he really? Angela was in cahoots with The Haitian. And she was also in cahoots with Linderman. Thompson received his orders from Linderman. It's apparent that Bob was going after The Haitian. So was Linderman/Angela's sect of The Company on the same side as The Haitian, while Bob's is not?

Now there's an interesting experiment.

Thoughts?
The factions may not be clear-cut. Angela and Linderman may have been allied only when it came to destroying New York City. When it came to the Haitian or Claire, they may have had very different ideas about what needed to happen. Linderman may have wanted the Haitian caught because he betrayed the company, and Bob is still acting on that priority.
I theorized that the necklace that the Hatian gave Peter keeps his memory away from him so he will stay as he is now and wont be able to remember anything as long as he has it
I don't know. I guess that whole Hiro needing to get the sword to regain his power involved an artifact or outside object, but I don't see it being the case with anything else in the show, at least I hope not. I think Hiro's sword was more of a psychological thing, anyway. But how could a necklace magically do anything other than hang from someone's neck? I think it's just symbolic in some way, as is the tattoo.
The Haitian left it with Peter as a clue as to what happened to him.
Whenever the Haitian wiped a normal person's memory, they had no recollection of anything, including the Haitian himself. But whenever he wiped a special's memory, he left himself in there so they could figure out what happened to them.
