a team of baddies perhaps, grouped by the police as one person due to the unexplicable crimes.
the fbi thought that theodores crime was Sylars, but they were chasing the wrong guy.
so far, the team coulc consist of:
at least one telekinetic and a mr. freeze


and why was theodore aka Sylar???

There is this link in the general forum that confirms the actor for sylar. Its not the bean guy eighter. Also, he looks pretty much like the shadow. Also, i think i like the idea of one bad guy. Kind of like magneto from the brother hood of evil mutants.

She said he was sylar because she doesnt know how to explain the deaths for power based people. She just thinks any insane killing is done by sylar. So since she found this guy in the system she figured she has found sylar thus the reason she said aka sylar. That is why matt said no this isnt him. She is just too busy trying to end the search for him and rdy to put anyone under the name to get it overwith.

I dunno about the multiple people idea...but I do believe it plausible there is Paul Sylar (baseball cap, born in 1962, played by actor Sean Bean)...and another character named Sylar. LIke they may have aquired by relation to him, or Sylar could be what the agency names a certain type of mutant.
