As you all know INSIDER has joined our forums! YATTA!

Many of us are happy about that.

But, I also have the suspicion that someone within NBC and the "Heroes" production stuff have gotten to Insider and have in a way silenced her for now.

So this following question might be mute, as in a non-starter:

Will www.superhiro.org (our wonderful forum) be in trouble, if INSIDER was to reveal upcoming episode info, and then NBC was to send us a cease and desist order? And then threaten legal action? What would Superhiro.org do? What can Superhiro.org do?

Thoughts?

Well she definitely refuses to divulge new info, so that's a non-issue. But NBC left up what she's already posted, so I don't see why they'd get us in trouble if she talks about what's already on the Internet.

You're probably right, unless Insider gives us some more Spoilers, or answers a question by telling us something! LOL! But that would be cool!

I agree Obsidian. I'd think that she's going to be willing to talk about what's already out there, and she might very well join in the discussions when someone poses a theory or idea. But I don't think that we're going to be getting any more real 'exclusive' inside spoilers like she first posted.

Mainly, because I think she's been talked to, and silenced. Sad, but true.

Insider is one of our newest members. She somehow got info on episode 11 and posted it on the NBC boards. It was so accurate that the mods (and presumably NBC's suits) cracked down on her, so now she no longer wants to post any new info. The discussion starts on this page of the Season 2 Spoilers. Smile

Free speech is free speech, no matter what some people would like us to believe. And there's this thing called The Constitution that last I checked was still being used as the founding principals for this country, even if it's a little worse for wear.

Bottom line is this site isn't going to cave to anything unless by the letter of the law someone does something illegal, in which case this site will follow the letter of the law to do what's right and appropriate for the situation. We're not going to break any laws to protect anyone or do anything that violates intellectual property or any other applicable laws, however we're also not going to roll over if someone says "boo." This site was founded on the principles of respecting others and acting the role of a hero, which is also why links to illegal downloads aren't allowed here. If the world is going to change for the better we will be the ones to change it by the example we set in how we act not only on this board, but in the real world as well.

I am glad other people have been noticing Ron Paul. The media has been ignoring him, but the darned guy has sound principles.
