Is anyone else here a fan?

I've been watching this one from the beginning. I love the characters, love the humor, and sometimes love the story lines. The 200th episode was especially fun.

Has anyone else caught the act?

I don't watch Stargate SG-1. Never really liked that sort of program.

The movie Stargate was awesome. I wish the TV program was more like it. I dunno, it just seems like a bunch of actors reading lines who don't get it. At least in Heroes they seem really into it. My 2cents since you asked.

Hey,

At first i couldn't get into star gate. Like Zoolander i loved the movie and didn't want it tainted. But I loved MacGuever so I watched it and i've been hooked ever since half way through season 1. Now if they'd just selll the freakin seasons for a little less i'd have a whole shelf of them and Atlantis! Wink

I started watching when ben bauder joined the cast. I love him and claudia black from the old farscape days. Of course they cancelled the show this season so thats the end of that. Sad

Did you hear they are making two made for DVD movies of Stargate? Alot of fans are complaining about that because they feel taken advantage of. they will have to pay for the DVD's. Its an interesting idea i wonder if it will work for the network. I dont plan to buy them.

Stargate is/was an amazing show. When SG-1 ends cause it's not going for another season they should incorporate all of SG-1 into Atlantis

I'll be sad to see SG1 go . . . 10 seasons is a long run for any show . . . and if these DVD movies wrap up things nicely (I think Buffy & Angel got the shaft with their endings) . . . then I'll be happy.

If they also keep Atlantis up and running that'll be good too . . . not having any kind of Stargate in my life is gonna be a pretty big gap to fill.

LOST and Heroes help, but it's not the same.
