NIKI 1.0 is dead...!!! when D.L. put his arm through her it killed 1.0 so now 2.0 is in control all of the time...I know this because at the end of "Better Halves" Issaac paints her pic but smuges something to create the RNA symbol Niki 2.0 has...

I disagree, I think the painting thing was just Isaac discovering the symbol or something to show the underlying meaning. He will begin questioning the symbol and why it was painted under the paint. As for Niki I'm fairly certain she is alive just very very sick

Unfortunately, for this theory, Niki is listed in the descriptions for the next few episodes. She lives Smile

Niki 1.0 also appears in a clip posted at Yahoo! TV Fall Preview. Not sure whether it's this coming Monday's episode or a later one (I'm guessing later, though.)

I'd also call this a theory rather than a spoiler. As other posts in this forum have mentioned, a spoiler would be something that hasn't aired on TV and is not "common knowledge". A theory is guesses as to where the show will go in the future that do not have to be backed up by anything other than your imagination.

Just a thought on what may have happened... She may not have been physically, tangibly harmed. Possibly when DL used his power it just...chilled...her? Maybe even to the point of shock.

Remember, she doesn't REALLY understand what is going on, with her, with DL, with the world.

And sorry I haven't been around recently....Real life. It was my son's birthday on the fourth, and apparently that's a weeklong event at my house. Promise to be back with more theories and moderation type thingies starting today!

if, as has been proposed, DL's hand materialized inside of nikki causing her serious harm, it would affect both nikki and jessica.

They share one body and one mind, even if the mind is split in two.

If the body of one is damaged it is damaged for both of them.

Especially considering Nikki was in Jessica mode when DL stuck his hand through her.

I think DL was just doing a knee-jerk reaction, because he was freaked out by "Jessica," don't you think? I don't think there was any grand scheme there to split the personalities or anything.
