|
| I'll admit it, I'm lazy I could easily type my posts out in Open Office and spell check them before posting them. But is it possible to add a spell check to the Forum Post Page for the spelling impaired? |

Okay, I've installed SpellingCow (moo) which should do the trick. Let us know how it works for ya.
(It shows up under the large reply box when you click Post Reply, but isn't an option in Quick Reply.)
EDIT: Scratch that, going to use a different one instead. |

| Just an update - SpellingCow relies on an external service that (allegedly) often goes down. I am still looking for a viable alternative for you. |

Thanks for the tip! I haven't found a decent spellchecker that doesn't rely on an external service, and since they go down it can't be relied on. Since we have an alternative I am going to lock this thread. |

| Finally found a good one, and installed it tonight. You won't see the Spellcheck button in Quick Reply, but it is there in regular reply mode. |
