Having just put together clips of Micah, I'll say this:

I think Micah knows that there is something about him. I don't know for sure if he knows how it works or not, although I wouldn't be surprised.
He knows for a fact that his dad (DL) does have a power (seeing him reach through a door in Fallout, and possibly the car window when they met up with Hiro and Ando).
He knows the difference between Jessica and Niki just from talking to them. Whether he knows it as the same thing that DL and he has, is still unknown.

As for DL, he obviously knows about his own, and I believe he suspects about Micah (although I don't think he's sure). He seems to have figured out Niki/Jessica, and if so, would probably connect it.

Niki knows for a fact about DL and herself, but does not know about Micah. She knows he's extremely bright, but not superpowered (as far as we've seen).

Right. That's what I was using as my reason. He doesn't ask that right away, but after a couple statements from each.

And I've noticed a little difference in their voices, but Jessica can switch to Niki's voice (which she did while talking to Micah), and he was able to tell it was Jessica.

IF you mean people as in other characters, then some know that she had a sister: her father, her, and DL.

If you mean other people here in the real world, then I dont think anyone is buying the theory that it is 100% dead sister or 100% spilt personality. Im thinking it is kinda like a mixture of the two. I dont quite understand her power although some have suggested a kind of physic ability with the dead.

There is a slight difference in their voices (dang good acting) and if Micah has been living with both then he should be able to tell the difference. Much like people who are close to identical twins can tell the difference between them but others find it difficult.
