Erm, "nonce" isn't a made-up word. It is archaic English, meaning "the time being; the present", eg "That'll do for the nonce".

Unfortunately it's also prison slang for a sex-offender.

Bloody scratchcards. 150 waffles spent, 10 won.

I'm cursed when it comes to scratch tickets,
both real and virtual,
I've scratched over 15 of the things
and have yet to see a winner.
I did win on the lottery here however,
and am embarrassed to say how excited I was.

This guy hasn't shows his face since Apr 14, 2007. So just on the offchance that he doesn't show up to answer you, I would say it'sa picture of a man, with the top of his head missing and another man's arm/shoulder is comming out of it.
