Oh, and for the record, Zach Quinto has a tat on his arm (or at least he did in "So NoTORIous") that looks a lot like the "Threshold" symbol. How weird is that?

I reckon you must be the first to spot that particular occurence of the Helix. Haven't seen it elsewhere, anyway.

Im really starting to get the feeling that F. Hiro leaves those symbols throughout time to mark important spots for his timelines...

The paintings are what made me think it originally.

It could be explained that the Haitian is aware of Hiro, and was given the necklace by him

Jessica's tat is the one thing that befuddles me and stomps on ANY reasonable theory with which I can come up (other than it just being something fun in the show)

Hiro went back in time to Vegas and hung out with a younger Niki. Niki got drunk, Hiro took her to get a tat Wink

lol. That explains why she was so bitter with him in Ep. 20. lol.

Just a quick one I noticed...in the most recent episode...21 (I think) "The Hard Part"...that symbol seems to be in the fountain in the Kirby (SP?) Plaza Park between the buildings where Micah is being held by Candice, and where Peter & Claire meet up with Ted, Matt, and Mr. Bennett.

In the GN there is a page where Hana is wearing earings with the form of the symbol and a ring with the symbol in it ^^

Did anyone else note (I'm too tired and ill to read through all eight pages) this image in episode two?

Freaked me out rather, though it seems not to squick anyone else.
Anyway, I hope ya'll enjoy this one as well - you can find it in episode 2; Don't Look Back, and if you watch it on NBC, it's part five. Quite odd, and very cool.
