sorry if this has already been posted, but I've read similar theories to my own on other forums and only found out about this one through a link on hiro's nbc blog.
check it: Peter IS Sylar, in the future. and Eventually Sylar (future Peter) learns to permanently steal other's powers by eating their brains. The reason they must save Claire is that Claire and Peter give love a chance (corny I know) but they breakup. If they stay together though then Peter from the present will stay good, however one 'path' of time will remain permanent and future Sylar will exist no matter if Claire and Peter stay together, and he will return to the past (via eating future Hiro's brain) to attempt to kill the heroes. |

| Interesting take on it, but then that leaves almost no reason to be with Mohindir's father. |

| Wow, that's an interesting theory. I guess that's one way to look at it. |

| Been thinking abot this for a while. Is it possible Sylar is an anagram. It could be Aryls which relates to biological chemistry? Food for thought. |

I just don't like this whole brain eating theory. It's gross and just plain wrong. Can I get another theory please.
And no thank you on the whole Peter being a supervillian thing either. |

| The brain eating thing is not new. Cannibals believed that they could absorb the ideas and skills of others by eating their victim. |

I also hope Peter doesn't turn villain... I relate to him (and Hiro) a great deal... they're both extremely idealistic... they try their best to be the good guy and walk the good path at all times no matter how difficult it is, and they both get criticized for being good guys
I'm constantly going through the same things... I'd hate to see Peter turn villain... but it would be an interesting twist, I must admit |

as to why Peter eventually becomes Sylar. In the future he possibly saves everyone but no one is thankful, so he decides to stop being mr. nice guy[/list] |

| My only problem w/ Sylar being Peter is that Sylar exists in the present w/ Peter... I don't buy the going back in time and staying there theory. |

| It would be obvious to Future Hiro if he was...so that wouldn't explain why Hiro didn't kill him in the train. |

Okay, I read Hiro's Blog(s), and I did not read anyhthing like what you posted. Do you have a link to support your theory? Or was It a comment that someone posted? Either way how about that link? |
