I originally thought Peter was the most powerful, being able to copy all other powers. Then I read something from the writer interviews that said Peter could only use one power at time, thus explaining his inability to fly himself away in HTSAEM. So then I figured Sylar was the most powerful.

But I writers appeared to be wrong, or lied, or changed their mind or whatever. Because Peter clearly used regeneration and telekinesis at the exact same time when he had that irish guy pinned against the wall. The guy was suspended in air, pinned against the wall, then the camera showed Peter's bullet wounds healing, then the next camera shot shows the guy still suspended in air. Simultaneous power usage.

Now, the character of Peter may not be the most powerful, because Peter himself is a wuss bag. But his ability is the most powerful overall. The only known limits to his mimic abilities appear self-imposed.

I've never conceded that Peter had to use 1 power at a time.. He has been shown a handful of times to use multiple powers. Others poopoo it due to some wierd assumption that having another person with that power near by gave him a "freebie" to use in addition to one from his deck..

Okay . . . Peter could always have been called "most powerful" if one had to choose. As for the "wuss bag" thing . . . this show is supposed to be about "Ordinary People", etc. How would you react if you found u could do this stuff?? Peter and Sylar are the prime examples -- you'd either go nuts and go "Sylar", or you'd have yourself a freak out then try to figure out how to deal.

Here's my Top 10 ratings after the episode, "Out of Time":
1) The Haitian - can neutralize the other's powers and completely wipe their minds.
2) Peter - is like DC Comic's Amazo.
3) Hiro - all he has to do is freeze time and anyone he fights is toast.
4) Matt - "Anything the mind controls, you can control."
5) Adam - cannot be killed.
6) Maya - the ultimate plague carrier.
7) Elle - meeting her can be a shocking experience

Bob - "just think a person who can take a sheet of paper and change the molecular structure to the hardest substance to penetrate. Or the heaviest if he wanted to drop it on somebody. We don't know his limitation. What if he could turn somebodies skin to a metal coffin of solid metal or stone or titanium."

10) Nathan - can fly. Served as a soldier.

due to the natureof peters personality, he is by far the strongest, he just doesnt know it........what i mean by that is when he is gonna hav to to defend himself hes gonna do something and not realise just how strong that ability is and prob kill or choma the guy/girl..............also another thing bout his personality, if in keeping with reality after the person shot nathan a shouldpretty much go metal and it may then be when he realises how strong he is rather than when he defends himself

either way i think hes gonna have some sort of go at the company
