Hmmm.... I guess the only reason I'm going to have to side against your theory, Jorm, is because of
one of the spoiler pics that Acidgal posted. One shows HRG and Claire outside looking up to the sky, which of course implies that HRG leaves the building after confronting Mohinder/Molly.
Btw, as for the 7th picture, the one with Candice posing as N/J, Micah, Molly, and Mohinder, I'm thinking that Micah once again tries to escape, which is why Candice is running after him.
However, what I'm questioning is the color of the jackets. In the spoiler clip for the next episode, we see that
Niki/Jessica has on a white coat. So what if the N/J in the black coat is actually Candice, who manages to get the upper hand by startling the real N/J and punching her in the face? After all, if Candice confronts Jessica in Niki's form and FURTHERMORE calls herself Niki, I think that would be pretty startling, especially for a person with split personality, and especially considering that they (Jessica and Candice) haven't met yet.
...better idea, what if THIS is the "supposed" third personality - Candice taking on N/J's form?!?! (I'll claim that theory, thanks very much , haha).

I had a theory a while back that
The battle between N/J finally came to the point where they split off, and each became their own...which the more I saw of the power and how they interact, it seemed difficult to believe...but I still think it might be possible. Now, it's more likely Candice posing as, but still a thought....
Also...I still think the 3rd personality is a male....
Heck, let him leave.. After all, in the last episode we see that Nikki and DL are still huddled on the floor with DL wounded. But in the spoiler pic, they're outside as well, and they've also got Molly and Micah in tow.
Who's to say that HRG and Mohinder come to a wrestling bout, and someone gets shot? HRG's been shot before, and survived, so there's really nothing to stop him for taking another piece of hot lead, and still coming around and getting into the mix of things..
I just have to wonder. Since there's a hole in the back of Linderman's head now.... does that mean DL has part of Linderman's skull INSIDE his wrist, from when he solidified his arm? Otherwise... where did the bone go?
You're all forgetting the piece of Linderman brain in D.L.'s hand, possibly to be consumed by Peter who goes on to cure HRG if he gets shot!!! (and D.L. too).

I'll let you slide this time. But the thing is, they've already said that the last 3 minutes of this season are the first 3 minutes of next season, which leads one to believe that the bomb plot, MIGHT BE resolved prior to that point in the episode. Then again, may be not.
I think the entire bomb plot is going to be wrapped up next episode. I also think that it has to be candace posing as jessica, fighting nikki. I think this is going to be the point where nikki overcomes jessica. Think about it. Candace is a mean girl. She'd totally LOVE to pose as jessica and beat nikki up. I'm guessing that candace knows quite a bit about N/J because of the company. She'll probably know that nikki doesn't think she has powers when she's herself so she'll be jessica, mess with her head a little, and punch her up a bit. Then nikki is gonna realize her true power and all that kind of stuff and in (possibly) killing candace, overcomes jessica and can use her power at will.

I remeber seeing an interview stating that Parkman was the only one that could hear Niki talking to Jessica (remeber the staircase scene in the episode when hes a body guard).
In the 5 years in the future episode .. didn't they imply that DL and Candice were turned over to Parkman together?
Anyway, what if, with Linderman dead, Candice decides on a new strategy. Maybe the N/J you see with Micah, DL, and Molly actually IS Candice?
The other odd thing we don't know from the 5 years ago epsiode is how/why Jessica was gone. Nikki and Peter referred to her in the past tense, and they implied she was no longer a part of Nikki. Perhaps the reason for that plays itself out .
I think the man lying on the ground by Mohinder and Molly is Parkman. This could be at a juncture that would have had him turning into the bad Parkman of the future or not, maybe with a child on the way he'd try to stop HRG from shooting Molly and inadvertently be shot.
As for the Nikki/Jessica thing, wouldn't DL realize she is wearing a different jacket? So wouldn't he have to knowingly go with her? In regards to Candice being aware about N/J's personalities, I'll have to disagree and say that there's a good chance that Candice knows. Linderman probably warned her - after all, she did kidnap Micah. Just in case N/J came after Candice, which looks like that will be the case, I'm sure that Linderman was definitely smart enough to warn Candice about what N/J is capable of and how to appeal to her weakness. Shapeshifting into a clone and pretending she was either Niki or Jessica would most definitely bring out the real N/J's weakness considering that she's got multiple personality disorder.
In regards to DL noticing that N/J has a different jacket, I agree of course that he would indeed notice. However, perhaps a plan comes about to trick not DL into thinking she's N/J, but SOMEONE ELSE (a.k.a. Sylar), because N/J has to take care of other business (although, I don't know what that business could be considering that Linderman is dead and according to the picture, they'll have already saved Micah). I also doubt that Candice would use the excuse that she had to "change her coat" in her attempts to trick DL. Thus, I think it is either deliberate, or the picture itself is just a different version of the scene in which they filmed N/J with a black coat, and then decided to give her a white coat. After all,
in the interview with Grunberg, he says that there were a lot of re-writes for the last episode.
One a sidenote, I'm still all for Papa Petrelli = Candice theory, so what if DL, Candice, Molly, and Micah are outside, and Byd's prediction is right (that Peter, because of his ability, will be able to see the REAL Candice, in the same way that Claude's ability doesn't allow him to hide from Peter). Peter looks over at the four of them, and exclaims: "DAD?!" Lol. I think that would be sick...
