Something I noticed about the whole visit from Future Hiro scene was the transition from episode 4 to episode 5. At the end of episode 4, Hiro says, "You look different without your scar." He does so very subtly, and non-emphasized (I almost missed it the first time I saw the 4th episode). However, during the 5th episode, Hiro now says, "You look different without THE scar," not to mention that Hiro puts a little more force behind that statement than he did at the end of episode 4. I guess the only inference that we can formulate from this is that how Peter gets the scar may be one of the more climactic points in the first season. Well, of course Peter getting a deep gash across his face will be a significant scene to begin with, but perhaps Future Hiro's stronger emphasis on "THE scar" the second time around means that it is more significant than we originally thought.

Also in regards to the scar, if we remember, one of Isaac's paintings shows Peter with what seem to be like large panel-shaped things hovering in front of him as if they are being telekinetically thrown at him (it's the painting that Peter reacts to by saying, "...is that me?" and Isaac says, "Why would I paint you?"). Could this be the moment that Peter receives his facial disfiguration? Hopefully we will find out soon... because all of this waiting and thinking is taking its toll on my head!

I am going to listen to the episodes again to see if i can hear what you herd. I still think that Hiro was a little happy to see Peter. Also I belive that in the picture it is Peter with what appears to be lockers. School lockers to be exact. Maybe this is the scene where he is trying to save the cheerleader and Sylar is trowing lockers at him. Who knows? I hope I will soon.......

Yes, very nice theory. Im not sure that Peter.'s Power is in fact syphoning their powers, but we did hear them say that Peter's power has a side effect. ..........

I think that there is some evidence to support the theory that Peter drains the others powers. After visiting Isaac, Isaac is unable to finish the painting, which Peter then completes. When Nathan saves Peter, I believe Nathan said that he lost control and Peter then flew.

I think that Isaac couldn't finish because he would have OD'd and Nathan was losing his grip on Peter.
