I just want to say thanks for looking at my Claire drawing as well as everyone elses drawings and work on this site. I am shocked and happy to say that I actually have over 1000 hits to my drawing of claire. I really didnt think my art would be appreciated outside of just my friends where I live and my family but you show different. thank you and i will try to get more up soon. I am kinda in a hard place at work so no time now. I will most likely post something different and also a video soon as well. Once again thanks for all the hits and hope you want more.

Nice pic!
I could never get *realistic* down - hence being a more abstract artist - I'm a cheat basically, just don't tell anyone! |

I actually got forced to draw realism because I only liked to draw comics and actually made a few then my high school art teacher said my potential was good enough for better things like realism so she made me draw and paint real people or else I would fail the class. I still love the cartoons though. |

| Sounds like that teacher had a good eye for talent! You were lucky to have had him/her. |

The things we're best at usually isn't something we tend to notice in ourselves. It mainly takes someone who has talent to recognize it in another and bring it out. Once we see the fruits of that effort, we're pleasantly suprised with the outcome, and say to ourselves "I never knew I could do that!"
I have to admit that your teacher has a great eye, and you have a grand talent! Keep it up!! |

Thats the same with me, i always used to draw a load of cartoons in my notebooks and in my art book, but then my teacher said for me to try realism too, i guess the teachers do know best, especially in your case cause your artwork is amazing! i wish i could draw half as well as you! and my frends say im brill, but u just take it to a whole new level
Keep up your work |
