The injection of an isotope does not necessarily mean it is used to track the heroes. After all, if that were the case, then why doesn't the "man with horn-rimmed glasses" know where all of the heroes are at all times and just kill them or cage them all? It seems to me that the "stuff" injected may be a catalyst that causes their talent or power to emerge. After all, everyone has latent talents but they don't necessarily use them all. Maybe the next step in evolution is the ability to turn latent talents on and off at will. |

| The graphic novel has pretty much confirmed the tracking theory. That doesn't mean that you aren't also correct. |

Question:
(And I apologize if this has been covered elsewhere)
Is the main bad guy in this GN supposed to be Thompson - the new associate of HRG's that will be played by Eric Roberts? I know his name was mentioned in one of the GNs about Hana, just curious if this is supposed to be him.
Thanks! |

| I think we were all sure it was Ted "Radioactive Man" Sprague, but I guess Peter Petrelli is the latest frontrunner . . . . |

I meant the guy that's trying to catch Ted. He's the one heading up the strike force in this GN. Tall, rough looking face, reddish-brown hair. The main BAD guy - not Ted.
Thanks! |

Well, we know that HRG is running an outfit, but he's also taking orders from someone else as well. There's no definite answer in the GN if this Thompson is some lieutenant for HRG, or if he's running his own operation, or if he's HRG's commander. There's not enough information yet for us to be able to determine that one.
I'd like to think that there's one large group, with a few different factions all trying to push their own agenda. I haven't seen anything to prove this, but it'd make for some great suspense! |
