Or she could also take a little trip down memory lane, and remember some of the things that she and her sister went through. In doing so, she then seeks out someone for support in order to help her control this ability, which leads her to a new character who has an ability much like her own. However, in meeting this new sponsor and mentor, she unknowingly taps into that ability, and is able to then draw on the power or ability of her mentor, in effect "channelling" a new power..

I know, it sounds far-fetched, and I don't really believe it when I read it. However, Niki has shown that she is willing to go to support groups in order to get her life back together. After all, in "Six Months Ago" we see her in an AA meeting talking about her sobriety. What's to say that she doesn't take it a step further, and look for someone who is able to coach her in controlling her emotions and ability?

Anyway, that's my take on the spoiler. We'll wait and see..

I was one of the biggest supporters of the "Supernaturally Possessed" Niki . . . . Does this newest little tidbit imply that it was/is true? And she's going to "channel" a new female hero -- that could just be actor-speak. The La Femme Nikita reference was dead on, in that some organization is going to take her, willingly or otherwise, and give her a little professional training.

So it took us until Season 2, Episode 5 before we were given a definitive answer, courtesy of Bob, but at last we can put this one to bed.

As I've said all along, Niki's ability is enhanced strength, her illness is Multiple Personality Disorder. Naysayers may go and stand in the corner and think about what they've done Smile

has anyone stopped to think that its possible that jessica was a part of Maury's ability the whole time. If you think about it, the company used her last season. If they would have asked the regular niki she would have said no.

Making her think that there was another her in the mirror would make her feel possessed. This would make her unwillingly do their handy work. They could have been using Maury to make her feel that jessica the sister was fighting with her due to being weak. That would be somewhat of a nightmare figure for her.

Like Matt conquering his and walking through the door, perhaps her stepping up to fight Candice made her conquer her nightmare. It would explain the whole psychosis deal with her, and Linderman having the family file on them.

This would also explain how Matt heard the argument with jessica and niki. He was able to hear Maury in molly's dream talking. This would be no different than that or Nathan fighting himself on the roof.

So definitely, after 4 months Ago episode, Super Strength with Multiple Personality Disorder? Since we get to see Gina, the bad teenager personality.

The mirror thing is just illustration to the viewers. I bet Matt or even Maury could cure her disorder in a snap.

She reminds me a lot of the old DC character called Rose and Thorn, where by the character had a duel identity and not one of possession.

The Good Rose was usually unaware of the Thorn's evening escapades, true Nikki has seen her other self, but it makes you wonder was there a fracturing in her psychic, at some formulative moment, that formed the alternate personality, and it's personality that has accessed the powers that she possesses, which seen to me to be related to enhanced combat skills.

But then like Wolverine from the Marvel universe, somewhere alone the line she may have been experimented on to induced or trained through false memories, to be the perfect weapon, but in answering my own question for Peter to manifest her abilities, she must have always had them, so its really a question of how the multiple personalities came into existence, and not the powers them selves...
