Initially I thought that the guy with the gun must have gone nuts, but maybe Niki killed the party. While Hiro and Ando are in the bathroom, someone outside says, "Who let the girl(s) in here?". Then something/someone is thrown incredibly hard into the bathroom door, kinda like when DL flew across the bedroom from Niki's swipe with the briefcase. Also, whoever did the killing, did not seem to know or care that Hiro and Ando were in the bathroom, which of course everyone playing poker did know.
