Was the role of Matt's wife recast?

The woman that Matt is talking to in this trailer, seems like she is involved with Matt because her thoughte say that Matt is suffocating her. But this is not the actress who was cast to play his wife, and this scene was never shown.

Also, there is a scene @ .51 seconds in with Claire looking up at the sky. I have searched high and low for this scene, but it is not in any of the episodes. It seemed like it would be in Genesis after the fire scene, but it isn't. Was this used specifically for promos?

The reason I ask is because I am making Heroes fanvids/trailers, and would love to get my hands on that particular scene.

It is stuff that was quite possibly cut from the show. On the other hand, the Matt scene could still be coming up.
