Posted: Mon Feb 19, 2007 6:37 pm Post subject: My name is Slippy and I'm a Hero-holic
I live in the UK, and heroes only started on our TV's last week, but I have a confession to make.....I spent the rest of the week downloading and watching all the way up to and including Ep.15.
By this point, of course, I was totally and utterly hooked on the intricacies of the whole thing and the sheer Unsuperhero-ness of it all. Having run out of episodes to watch, and desperately in need of some kind of Heroes info-fix, I lit the fires and waited for the boilers to get up to pressure, then opened the big valve marked "Internet". Out of the torrent (pun intended) of data, a little banner stuck to my face. It said "SuperHiro.org".
The rest, as they say, has yet to happen.
Of all the characters in the show, Hiro is by far the most refreshing. With all the stress and anxiety flying around all the heroes, our own Hiro always finds the time for a little verbal slapstick to have us falling off our chairs with laughter!
I would just like to say that it's now 11:45pm on Monday, and I'm going to bed. I will NOT be coming back to this site, or checking my email, or even signing into messenger until I have tracked down a copy of, and watched episode 16 tomorrow. After which, you won't be able to get rid of me, even with a pointed stick. I like it here so much, I've even mentioned it in my incredibly popular blog. Both of my readers will like it, as soon as I let them use the computer to read it. They're watching TV at the moment.
BTW, I don't expect any of MY mad theories to be true, but I can't wait to see if some of you are as close as I think you are.
Me? I just like to think up mad connections between unrelated things. It's just the way I'm wired I guess.
I suppose if I were a Hero, my ability would be Logical summation from complex pattern recognition.
They would call me Order and I would be venerated by all. My sidekick would be Chaos. I would forever be nagging her to tidy up.

Well we welcome your "mad theories" no matter how crazy they might seem =\ this show tends to surprise a lot. Welcome to the board Slippy.
Well let's here some theories, what did y'all think of last night's show, I loved it , but missed seeing my 2 sided girl and her son. But I guess they can;t squeze in all the heroes in every episode. (which is smart). It might be to much jumping around!I see claire on the run in the near future, hopefully with her soon to be new friends who pulled the home invasion on her house to get to daddy! Well that's it for now. take it easy all. billy
Billyboyy, you can already find some of my theories dotted about the site. I didn't read the rest of your post here yet coz I haven't seen "last nights" episode yet - It doesn't air in the UK for a good few months, so I'm downloading it at this very moment....should be done in twenty minutes or so (mmmm, broadband!) tho I mustn't watch it til the little lady (my darling Zesty) gets home from a hard day's conversing with artists.
Ah, the truest test of any hero's mettle.
Can Slippy resist the urge to get his fix?
Will Zesty give Slippy a beating for watching it without her?
Someone smells, and someone tells
Found out more in the next episode of AntiHeroes, the story of Slippy and Zesty.
