It was a pretty cool mini-series, & it could be like the old (way old) Friday the 13th series with the cursed items.

Anybody have any information?

I saw the lost room a couple of months ago, and I'd have given my right arm to see the idea developed. I've been looking intensely, but I can't see any discussion of plans to extend it, so I don't reckon it's gonna happen.

Meh, all the best ideas get passed over.

Let's look at Firefly as a case history. It became known as the "most cancelled show" on American TV and so lost ratings. It got dropped.

The fans stood as one, the world over and shouted "bring it back"

We shouted long and hard. Joss Whedon shouted with us.

Eventually, someone listened, but did we get another series? No. We got a film.

"Great!" I thought "A film could pave the way for a new series."

Then they killed ALL the bad guys, revealed River Tam's secret and wiped out Wash and Shepherd Book.

I guess that was them saying "here, have this, now shut up and leave us alone."

Meh.

The lost room was awesome they should make it into a series and keep the same characters of course. It would be cool to see the Friday the 13th series with the cursed items. Sounds intresting

and THAT, Slippy, is one of the BIGGEST reasons Joss Whedon is dead to me now.
