Well. What can I say?

I started watching Heroes on Thursday night last week. I watch episodes 1-5. On my lunch break from work on Friday, I went home and watched episode 6. Came home from work 2 hours early to watch episodes 7-8.

Heroes has now consumed my thoughts, and created new fears. I can't stop thinking about it, and I can't stop the pit in my stomach from growling because I have this terrible fear that Hiro will not succeed in saving Harley.(I'm pretty sure that is the waitress' name.)

So, a bit about me. I'm 22, (Almost a terribly old 23) year old guy who spends his spare time playing my 360 or newly acquired Nintendo Wii, working on my car (Honda Prelude 99), hanging with my friends, or catching up on my favorite TV shows.

Top 5 TV shows IMO
#1 24
#2 Heroes
#3 Lost
#4 Prison Break
#5 Everything else I watch is equal after Prison break. (This includes, Justice, House, Standoff, Vanished, South Park, and Robot Chicken.. Okay, Robot Chicken might be #1 on the list, guess it just depends on my state of mind when you ask. Since I'm sober and at work, we'll leave the list alone.)

Anyway. I am a forum addict, I love posting on forums... especially because I have so much spare time at work to do so. I have been looking for a Heroes forum for the last 3 days, and this one seems to be the one I should sink my time into. So, I look forward to posting with everyone Smile

Welcome to the board. I know what you mean about Heroes consuming time. I enjoy guessing what might/could/will happen next.

I'm seriously sitting here right now trying to figure out how I'm going to be spending this afternoon. I need to watch Heroes, I need to play Gears of War, I gotta play Zelda, and in the midst of all this I have to deal with my girlfriend (soon to be fiance) off my arse. Should be interesting afternoon. (Thank god for DVR's)

Yeah I know!! My boyfriend and I watch it. He says the same thing. You are always left with a cliffhanger....man and it's annoying!! Heros would be a good movie.....maybe they should make a Heros movie!!!! There I go rambling.

Yeah, being a chronic gamer, having a fulltime 40/hr a week job, and having living with your significant other is VERY VERY tiring sometimes. It helps when you both like the same things. Now that I have a Wii, she likes gaming more, so more time to game. I've got her hooked on Prison break, and I'm working on Heroes. She likes the show, but getting her to sit down and catch up on 4 episodes isn't easy. It's much easier when she catches a show from the start with me.

Thanks for the porst, I love your post, See my huddy is dying for a Wii and he still has games he hasnt fininshed from PS2!! He is a freak by\ut i Love that freak! lol

Well, hope your GF is a very understandable woman! She does need a lit a patience and a heart of a child!!

I love it! I want a WII! But such is life! But really things get easier as the show goes on...no worries! And after next week we will have to wait a few for the next episode! UGH! But maybe this is just what we need, HAHA!
