Okay, here are a few obvious things from the clip.

HRG has Issac taken so he can shoot him up with heroin so he can start painting more about claire and what is to happen.. (that was my impression)

you see Eden saying to HRG that she can't go on like this.. kind of thing while you see HRG filling up a syringe. and then you see him in the room and saying "She is my daughter"

so HRG knows that something bad is going to happen to claire he just needs to get Isaac back to painting to find out what.

maybe HRG will show his true side or power in saving his own daughter. while peter and the rest fight off Sylar.

I think HRG will do whatever he can to protect Claire. Maybe HRG will meet Peter at Linderman's as they search for the painting sold to him?

I believe I read that Issac does not have to take the drugs to paint the future. he may just take them to deal with his freaking out about them coming to fruition.
