Since it was asked of me, I shall post this here. The easter eggs are not hidden very deeply and are easy to see with a few clicks.
One: Go to www.NBC.com/Heroes and from there go to any of the graphic novels. Make sure you select the option to view it on the site, and not the option to download them yourself.
Two: In the on-site viewer, go to any page of the comic EXCEPT the Nissan Advertisement on the first page.
Three: Click on the page to launch the easter egg in a new window. (If you click on the page with the Nissan Ad, it will only give you another advertisement.)
And it's as simple as that.
Since I'm here I might as well list the easter eggs to date:
Issue 1: "Monsters" - line art sample for Issue 2
Issue 2: "The Crane" - line art sample for Issue 3
Issue 3: "Trial By Fire" - Nathan Petrelli campaign video
Since something is wrong with my browsers (both firefox and IE) I couldn't do what you said; but instead I viewed the page source and just found the link.
That's another way if you don't want to wait for the slow comic too =)

<SCRIPT language="JavaScript1.2">
function openwindow()
{
window.open("http://www.myspace.com/clairebennet","_blank");
}

Issue 5 doesn't appear to have an easter egg as far as I can tell, the page doesn't respond to any clicking and trying to find a link using Superflyy's method only reveals last weeks easter egg. Is anyone else getting different results?
OK, you've gotta help out the computer dummy here!!!
Please let me know what and where I am to click on in the comic. If I have pop-up limitations will that affect it? I'm dying here, thinking I'm missing out on something!
Click anywhere on any page of the comic in read mode. If you have a pop-up blocker that might affect it, but you can use Superflyy's method described above to look at the source code and find the URL of the easter egg content.

The only thing I could find was on the Nissan page which just led to their webpage. Kinda lame of NBC if there isn't a "secret" hidden in this one somewhere. Although VERY unlikely, maybe NBC hid this one better than they did the last four? Anyone find anything?
