Hey everyone, I've been on this forum loads, so i thought it was time i actually said hello!
I was speaking to my brother about this last night and i was thinking, what if its acutally much simpler than previously thought:
Save the Cheerleader, Save the World. Before when Claire wasn't saved, and Sylar killed her, he got away and in the end destoyed NY or indeed the world, however by Peter being there, Sylar was delayed meaning that HRG and Eden were able to catch him therefore stoping him destroying everything.
Just a thought, guess we'll have to see how it all pans out...
could it be possible that peter saving claire was a turning point in peters life that by saving her was peters chance to meet up with other people with abilities. peter sees now that more is going on around him other than his and nathans abilities. and maybe peter in the future was a focal point around the time of destruction in new york that hiro realized this and went back to warn peter to save claire, and in return peter may need claire to stop whatever is going unfold in new york

these are my opinions I have givin all of them much thought (not as much as harry potter theroies though )
feel free to bash agree with or whatever thats why I put them up.
and yes I feel strongly about these it is reflected in my typing.
1) I think the world was saved because saving claire kept her father sane therefore allowing him to keep helping other heroes (yes thats what he is doing no more HRG bad bs)
2) Sylar is purely TK end of story goodnight, He is killing all these people because he is nuts, look back too the apartment scene he had things like FORGIVE ME written all over the walls. He believes that by killing off all people with powers he is doing the world a service so this leads to he doesn't think he is doing a bad thing. I believe that the cutting off the heads allows him to take brains therefore stopping any regen (just i n case) taking the brain would stop regen because you need a brain to subcouciously regen or use any power.
3) NBC stated that the bomb would not be terrorists, So we conclude that Ted will blow up WRONG peter will come to close to ted and not knowing what is going on blow up. Assmuing that the explosion will ever happen Milo (peter) has stated that his character will be gaining more control over his power however i highly doubt he will absorb power and keep it although that would be interesting since NBC also said they are keeping peter good for now but he might possinly turn evil later (corruption due to power)
4) the symbol is RNA, DNA whatever it is a sign of power mautrity and a brand givin by HRG when they are captured, It is seen on the screen of Chandras computer, In the pool at the murder scene where mat finds his power.
5) We will see future hiro again VERY soon because he might want to inform them that they did good or bad whatever but we will see him again.
6) Future Hiro choose peter because peter mimiced Hiros power automatically because all powers are subconcious and so it automatically kicked in.
7) Sylar will escape no doubts NBC said he is season 1's main bad guy.
8)Nathan is an asshole
9) Niki is getting very annoying
Edit: 10) Charile is still dead the lady stated " he poped put of her life weeks ago" meaning that he left without her the cops where still there checking everything there where pictures SHE IS DEAD

Interesting ideas, but i doubt most of them, except
#2, i forgot the "forgive me" signs... it shows he knows it's bad but he does anyway... still dont think he might "believes that by killing off all people with powers he is doing the world a service" - he says he does it because of "the hunger"... (He should try pork chops )
#7 and #10 wich i highly agree --- and #8 LOL
but
#1 HRG seems to be a goog guy, i dont think he would run amok...
#3 about Ted... Why him? There are several episodes ahead, a new caracter can pop up anytime... we saw a painting about a man in flames... maybe it's Ted, maybe not
#5 Future Hiro said he risked a lot with coming back, i doubt he would try again
I am more and more curious about how Sylar had the idea of slicing heads and collecting/eating brains...
Also the helix on the laptop and paintings isnt revealed to be the same mark that HRG is giving yet. They only had 2 lines (Matt and Ted). If he was giving the full helix then why say "just take the one for now" when looking at niki and nathan. He Obviously didnt give her the mark she has as jessica or else he woulda said some more along the likes of we already did her take him.
it has already been stated that sylar does indeed take others powers, and that peter borrows them...for now, it has been suggested that he will be able to keep them later, and that he will have a bunch of powers by the end of the season

i think that the cheerleader will be in another situation where her life is in danger
maybe when all the heroes meet up in New York??
because yes peter saved her life but what woulda happened if he didnt??
would the world end??
would sylar take over or something
maybe the cheerleader has a task to do to save the world so it doesnt end?
it doesnt make any sense so there must be another scene where Sylar tries to kill her again
maybe a bigger action scene??
hopefully all these questions will be answered in future episode
