We will play answers back on Episode 3.

Does Peter have control over time travel as well? We've seen him teleport and stop time. Can he not, or is he unwilling to, travel through time to stop the bomb and Sylar?

Theory: Peter/Hiro teleports the exploding man to the time of the dinosaurs (or another time) to explode.
