Thought I'd go ahead and get it started up so the conversations can make their way here in a few hours after S3 ends. The hubby and I read a spoiler that someone will come back at the end of this episode that you'd never expect to see again, and I'm pretty sure it's: Charles Deveaux Wink

Just to throw that out there. There's a whole list at http://www.spoilerfix.com/heroes.php Not sure if anyone had read those ones yet. Most of them are geared at the beginning part of S4. Smile

Charles Deveaux! I LOVE IT! I really would have loved to see more of his character and interaction with Peter in Season 1. Spiritual Guide/Mentor/ETC..... An invisible mentor to an INVISIBLE THREAD - known only to Peter!!!

The hubby read somewhere that Charles' power is similar to Matt's/Maury's. That could explain the crazy dream at the end of S1, but how in the hell can he get into Peter's mind from the grave? Oh yeah, I think we're on to something. Smile

And of course no one ever expected him to be back again - he "died". But what if dear old Mr. Deveaux used his mind powers to convince his daughter and friends of his "death"? Wink

That's even better! (Like Matt controlling Daphne's "reality" She would have never known she was dying if he hadn't have flown in....) However, I think perhaps Charles really is dead, but has somehow overcome "mortality" on another plane of "consciousness". I like your theory even better, but I highly doubt it.

Tracy is DEFINITELY a villian in her own right. That was cool. I'd say tracy is unkillable nad unstoppable now. and angry at the people hwo tormented her.

We all know that miracle blood was garbage from the moment it was used, and the writers I believe have finally realized that themselves too. Hence, their desire to stray away from all that made Season 2 garbage. That's just my two cents...

so have the characters, who know its completely possible, instead decide that the best course of action is another sci-fi/ fiction trope?

I dont like magic blood either, but you make your bed and you lie in it. If they arent going to use it, they need good reason.

Hm.. so did peter get all of sylar's abilities? Claire asked him and he said yes.

Darn, nathan's death was a shocker.

Tracy using ice, water, and stem seems ....hm...boring.

I think alice shaw has more power than her.

Sylar's IA amy be able to overcome the brainwashing. Examples of escape

Ex: escaped his cell s1 and s3[angela was talking to him in his dreams]

I think if tracy's powers manifested into weather control , the show could be amazing.

Magneto was mind wiped by charles xavier after ripping wolverine's adamantum from his bones.

The mind wipe some what created a character on the astral plane called onslaught.

Magneto gains his memory, reveals gambits past , hides himself as crimson red, loses his powers, and regains them.

Hm..i cannot wait until they introduce characters like High Evolutionary and the celestials. Hopefully, they can uss cosmic powers. Stephen canefield is pretty close.

Yah I knew all along that Nathan would die I predicted it for a while. I'm just happy its not Peter who died but I am sad Nathans dead too. People are still debating whether Peter has Sylars abilitys or not, oh-boy here we go agian, will be arguing about this all summer long till the first episode of Volume 5 like last time. I loved Peter here, I mean what he did was amazing wow. The battle was saddning, I wanted to see it darn it. But the way they did that was better than how they did it in 5 Years Gone I guess. I couldn't stomich the Claire/Sylarness LOL. Few things I can't wait for are Nathan/Sylars plot, cuz you just know Sylar will figure out things and take over leaving Nathan dazzed and confused about what happend that I am excited for. I think Peter will figure things out soon too, like hey'll prob absorbe an ability from Nathan {Sylar} And be wondering where he got it from. Heck hey'll prob be the first to figure it out. I'm also excited for Traceys storyline and hope they start romance between Peter and her like what happend in 5 Years Gone. It'd be hotter cuz they'd also be fighting agianst one another.

so matt in 5yg knew nate as sylar.........BUT he may not have new nate knew.which is interesting.

to be honest i think the ep as a stand alone was good, it had some good finale moments but aftr the anticipation it was a massive let down.they didnt set us up for anything big imo.i think the biggest thing they could have done was o have peter take em from sylar.i think that would have been the ideal way to build on petr for the next volume. due to his multiple abilities in 5yg.sure lets call it a "fight" between sylar and petey was by far the biggest let down of them all.and resulting in an awesome twist but also a big disappointment due to peter not gaining what everyone liked him having in the first place.

however i have high hopes for season 4.i hope fuller can build on what h did in season 1 and make 5yg a reality and also stop the power switching
