I at first thought surprise could be it too, but the way Ando turns suggests Telekinesis.

What the heck is Ando gonna do against Sylar anyways??? Distract him I suppose.

maybe Ando has special abilities too? And maybe him getting pushed back was his own telekinesis.

Since you brought it up, how come Hiro didn't know what was being said? Just a couple of scenes later, he's speaking English with Nathan.

As for tonight, I'm afraid to speculate. Maybe HRG has been going around "washing" the heros so that they don't understand their powers. Hmmmm.

Wouldn't it be neat if Peter not only could mimic, but could pass the powers on to people around him - like a conduit.

He speaks poor english.

I speak a little bit of french. If a person talks slow, or uses simple sentences, I can understand them, but if a person is talking at a normal pace and using regular speech (not simple sentences like Nathan used) I would be lost. Not having a clue what the person was saying.

I like the show, it's very different from most of the CSI and reality junk that's out there now. I'm also a fan of smallville.

Has anybody read or seen the "Hunter Killer" comics. The premise is a much like Heroes (although much more mature)... one of the central characters has the power to mimic the abilities of the metahumans around him.

It'll be interesting to see what's going to happen tonight. I enjoy the character development so far, hope that style continues.
