Ooh, ooh, ooh. What if Nikki's memory was erased to keep her from being "hero" but it won't erase, so she's split. The alter only comes out when she or someone she loves is threatened. It's not a bad alter, it's just super strong.

I am wondering how much about Nikki's powers and DL's powers Micah knows about. He is a smart kid, and may have figured things out. I hope Nikki figures out how to control her powers.

Well, if you noticed, Micah is seen reading a 9th Wonders comic a couple of episodes back. Wouldn't it be ironic if he saw his Mom in it and figured it out. Kids can be crafty. I can see him keeping that to himself. But I like the theory I read that D.L.'s been visiting Micah all this time... So, maybe we'll find out if D.L. speculates about Niki's involvement with the murders of his crew.
btw, what actually happened to niki? i thought niki's power is activ8ed when she thinks bout micah. perhaps her 'mr. hyde' is trying to get out of her and kill micah?
Negative. When she beats up the goon in the elevator she specifically tells him if he threatens "our" son again she will kill him. Thats a sign of compassion, I think they are showing us that her Double is not necessarily "evil" as I posted elsewhere I don't believe that she is evil.
I think Nikki's double is a version of her that has no inhibitions. I believe her alter-ego for lack of a better term is the form of Nikki that acts out on the things she would "like" to do, but won't due to her conscience.
We know they are different physically because the tattoo is only visible on Nikki 2.0

That's exactly what I have been thinking all along. It's like the super-Nikki does everything that the normal Nikki is afaird/can't to do.

I agree with this theory. I think that the "real" Niki (the one without the tattoo) is the one that follows the rules, while the other Niki does the things that needs to get done even if it is wrong or bad.
I think eventually Niki and her alter are going to begin merging. Her powers will be under her control without having to become Niki 2.0 (like the name btw.)

If anyone noticed this then im not crazy but Voodoo has that symbol on a necklace AND at the crime scene where parkman saved the girl they did a high shot where it showed the pool and it had that symbol in it also...that symbol is very important to the show and also notice that is looks like a DNA strand

Also in Episode 1, where she's stripping for the camera. She's topless, back to the camera, and there's no tattoo. Definitely not there.
