Simone was in Peter's dream of him exploding, there was a scene where she tried to run to Peter and Isacc pulled her back. She isn't really supposed to die yet, right? But all in all I really wouldn't mind seeing her dead, I never really liked her. Irritating bi-atch.
It looks like three people won't be coming back - Claude, Simone, and Ando.
I wouldn't be too quick to count Ando out...

after he talks with Stan"The Man" Lee.
And how do we know for sure if Claude isn't coming back?
He's invisible....
he could be anywhere without our seeing him.
His agent could get Claude paid for years if the show continues on.

Oh snap, Simone died.... was anyone upset over this?
I thought it was wicked because im actually thinking that this will turn Issac bad.. if peter is on the good side because he made him kill her...
almost like if Mary Jane died and it tore Peter Parker and Harry Osborne apart. oh wait mary jane did die didn't she? or was that just in Kevin smith's version.. oh well you catch my drift.

Peter and Isaac definitely have unfinished business with each other,
How they resolve this conflict between them will have big repercussions on the show,
I'm hopping that Simones death will bring them to their senses
and put aside their jealousy with one another,
but they could just as easily try to kill one another
and if that's the case
I wouldn't be willing to put much money on Isaac's chances.

I loved it when Pete threw Claude off the roof because that let you know he knew what he was doing and he did just that! Sylar uses his TK to move! Hiro REVERSED time! Pete has Sylar's TK powers! With Peter around I'm not buying Simone's funeral flowers quite yet...
I don't think it can work that way, if you can regenerate other people, then Claire should be able to do the same, since its her powers originally. If we've never seen Claire regenerate anyone before, we won't see Peter doing it.
He might try Hiro's power to save Simone, but as Hiro has already shown, it isn't so easy, else Charlie would still be alive.

Wait a sec, Hiro's power. What if that scene wasn't just showing something new Hiro could do with his power but also foreshadowing what's to come?
Hiro reveresed time on an individual object, the bullet, without affecting anything else around it. What if Peter was able to do the same thing with Simone?
When the super hearing lady that Sylar killed (I forget her name) died I thought well now we have seen Peter who is the one who flies and this lady is the one that died. I really was surprised when Simone died too. I thought not just someone dies but two someones.
