Good episode. Well executed and exciting. Gives hope for a strong finale.
Funny they ran an IV into HRG's arm. His heart had stopped, right? How would the blood get pumped around?
Just having some fun. That and it would have been hilarious to see Claire cut herself and bleed on her daddy's face, or Bob to just pour a big ol' bucket of Claire's blood right into the bullet wound! OH YEAH!
What a Great Episode! I dont like West but it was good to see him doing good deeds! Glad to see HRG being a strong lead again too ! He didnt shoot Moh when he had the chance, i bet he wont hesitate next time round! Ihave watched this one 3 times already, bring on next Monday already will ya?
and it was a sad story about hiro and his father. and we did know already that takezo kensei is the hooded killer.
Nice Ending too:Already thought HRG is dead but then...... Very nice Episode!
PS: Isaac was right AGAIN!

Thinking about this, I can see her blood healing the veins which would lead to the heart, get the heart pumping which would circulate the blood through the rest of the body, heal the organs, and finally regen the eye and bring him back to life. (That's my over-thought Heroes geek-out moment for the day.)

<Hi - this is my first post!!>
I think MOH shot HRG to save his life ...
His plan was to stop HRG from killing anyone else and subsequently getting himself killed. By "killing" HRG, knowing full well he planned to bring him back with Claire's blood, he's actually saved his life.

That is the great thing about this show. Once you think you've got a character pinned down they flip it on ya. But I guess that's more realistic. No one, in real life, is completely good or evil. (Well, almost no one) They are shades of gray, some darker gray than others.
This was the best episode of the season, imho.

yep, this eps was SUPER awesome, im just sad..its 2 weeks in a row i havent watched it live in the chat, i usually do that..there were LOTS of "OMG!" moments and "WOW!" moments as well.
where's the haitian? i thought he was with HRG last i saw him...
hiro...poor hiro =[
these next 2 eps are gonna be flippin KICK @$$!
im hoping the lack of sylar= lotssss of sylar in the final 2 eps
I'm kind of worried that the lack of Sylar = little to no more Sylar this season. The way I see it, things are wrapping up now due to the writer's strike - at a point that had originally been planned to be a cliffhanger mid-season break where they would start running Heroes: Origins. Now, instead, it will be a cliffhanger ending to Season 2, which will then pick up (hopefully) in Season 3 with the rest of the story that they intended to have running after the Origins hiatus.
I think a good chunk of what was going to happen with Sylar and his new toys was going to be resolved in the second half of the season - which means it will now get pushed to the beginning of next season.
Just my theory of course, but it seems to make sense to me.
I hear ya Ambience, I too really would have liked WAY more of Sylar. But I gotta say, I really thought last night's episode (9) was the best this season! A few surprises. The camraderie between HRG and West is working, the new twist of Elle learning her memory was wiped by Daddy (I can see a character arc coming there), and HRG coming back to life ... whooo -eeee.
Man, Mrs. Petrelli is looking pretty haggard.
I don't see why Mrs Petrelli had such a problem with revealing that girl's name. "She just wants to be left alone" isn't going to happen if Adam kills her so wouldn't it be better to have someone who wants to help her know about her? It may not have been right for him to force the information out but I don't think it was right for her to hide it either.
Also, will anyone ever mention that girl who Peter left behind in the future? Since they will be changing it (hopefully) what would happen to her if she stays there? Wiped from the space time continuum? Lost in limbo?
Here's my fun theory for the day, the unknown woman in the pic is Claire's birth mom. I don't really remember what she looked like totally, but she was pretty-ish. Who knows.
Fun epi tonight. Its too bad they trashed Moh's character so badly. He doesn't need to sit around wallowing in self pity for another entire season. And I don't know why HRG didn't just pull the trigger right away, instead of doing the whole 'i'm going to talk for a little while, just so you know what I'm going to do.... so you can shoot me.'
Oh wow, my heart broke twice this episode. With Hiro and his father, and then again when HRG was shot.
I like West now by the way. All that bravery and forgiveness is very endearing.
As for Matt. Go Matt! Suddenly he's Mr Awesome
Re: Moh's actions. I think he stayed true to his character. Everyone on the beach was trying to do theright thing, from their own perspective. But it was going down badly and there was going to be bloodshed. Mohinder's way meant that no one had to die (for good). He's a very clever cookie!
