DL went out like a chump. He deserved a FAR better death than what they gave him! mad

I agree! All in all i really liked this episode. The scene with Nathan's face burning off was awesome! I really need to watch it again, just in case i missed some things. Kinda lame how they showed Sylar at the end, seemed kinda irrelevant to last nights story. Oh and didnt the promo say that alot of questions would be answered? If I'm not mistaken one was "What happened to Sylar" all while showing the blood trail into the sewer? Am I wrong here?

I totatlly agree SH! About the episode as a whole, if I'm being honest, I'm a little disappointed. It's probably my own fault though for setting my expectations to high. I liked the parts with Peter recalling the past 4 months for the most part. I wasn't happy with the Maya/Alejandro story as usual! I just think they could've showed us more about what the actual "evil" inside Maya is. They just don't seem relevant to the show at all!

I like that they gave a little more detail on Elle. I didn't like how Bob and Elle were amazingly waiting for Peter at the hospital. How did they know he'd be there? They never explained that and to me it's a little far fetched if they don't.

I thought the part with DL/Niki/Micah could've been better and like SH said they could have given him a better way to go out. Then again, maybe he's not dead after all?? Since we can see that Adam's blood seems to heal people maybe Bob got to him and gave him some blood? Probably not, but I'm just hoping so.

No mention of Sylar, I'm guessing he'll be covered another time. No Claire or HRG either in this episode. I did think it was interesting that the Haitian was able to block Peter's powers. Also that he was working with Bob and Elle. So whose side is he really on? He's the one who sent Peter to Ireland so he helped him I guess, but is a plant by HRG like Mohinder? He also said Angela helped him and so he's helping Peter, wonder what she did for him?

I have never liked DL and his whiney "wish i could do good, or get a job" personality , and then when he does ...........taa daa, gotta go!

Seeing the Company as Evil again was good in that the lines keep getting blurred, but, that is what makes it interesting.

They sure made Adam look like a good guy, but i think we all know he AINT!

Yeah, I wasn't too happy with DL's death, either. I mean, c'mon! First we learn that the first bullet didn't kill him-- everybody's happy. Yay, the bullet didn't kill him. . . . !

. . . . so then we wonder: How DID he die?

We --well, at least I was expecting something much more. . . . dramatic. Not another bullet from some ugly, angry, jealous guy at a club in LA.

Ick. Ranger was not amused.

After he got shot, I was hoping that they would at least make Nikki give way to Jessica and let Jessica beat the murdering jerk into a pulp or something. . . . but she didn't. Gr.

So yeah, the show was pretty dissapointing to me. I did like how they discribed how Adam came to know Peter. That was bout the only thing I liked. . . . *shrugs* Oh well.

I agree with everyone's take on this episode, somewhat disappointing. What seemed really far fetched to me was Peter (literally) swallowing Bob's advice and taking his pills like a good boy in his cell. He just rushed his brother to a hospital all burned up and he loves his brother more than anything, but he blindly takes Bob's (a stranger's) word that Nathan isn't going to make it? I think Peter cares a whole lot more for Nathan than THAT and would insist to see him. He needs Adam to convince him he's in a prison? That was weird to me.

Also unbelievable to me is that Nikki would abandon Micah right after DL is murdered. Geez, how much can that poor kid take?? I mean, I guess she wants to be responsible and DL wouldn't have been murdered if her alter ego didn't came out to play, but still, the kid's just lost his father!

I also thought Maya's bit was boring, okay, okay we get it, she kills people with her bleeding black eyes. How many times do we have to see that. Geez, show us Sylar instead!

My favorite part in this episode was Peter meeting Adam. But Adam is nowhere near as menacing an evil character as Sylar. I haven't seen Adam do anything near as evil, so I don't feel a sense of foreboding with him at all.

The sad part is that there were really no relevant surprises. As in, you could skip this episode all together and probably not miss anything at all. I know this is mainly because all the events have already played out, but the whole episode I knew exactly what was going to happen next, though maybe not how. Nikki doesn't take pills > she turns crazy and runs off somewhere > DL gets killed because of it. Peter is captured by OWI > meets adam > they escape and are separated. I could have told you these things word for word (basically) before the ep., or at least before the first 5 min.s.I guess I wasn't sure about burnt Nathan, but it wasn't that exciting. And on that note, apparently regens like Adam or Claire don't need a brain, just their blood. This does explain the instant brain healing after stick/glass shard removal, but creates more problems w/ cloning by mutilation and Sylar killing Claire, among other things. The episode wasn't horrible, but has now been added to the list of "could have easily been much better" along with the finale of S1 and the first couple ep.s of this season. Other eps are great, though
