Hmmm Grunberg was on a popular radio talk show this morning and he mentioned the info about the third season, the rest of the time he talked about Weight Watchers...

The only real info I got from that was that the DVDs will be out a couple weeks after the finale.

Uh... maybe. If you consider somewhere around 12 weeks "a few weeks", then, yeah. It'll be out in a few weeks.

DVD doesn't come out until August 28th, i think. (It might be the 24th)

Maybe I haven't had the chance to read it anywhere else, but I don't think that we were ever told WHAT the cheerleader's heartbreaking decision will be up until now thanks to TVphan's post. The exact quote is this:

"One main plot turn will see the cheerleader (Hayden Panettiere) having to choose between 'someone she loves and saving thousands of lives.' "

Why do both of these choices necessarily have to do directly with Peter? I mean to ask, what if this is another clever way of using semantics to throw us off a little. Here are two interpretations of the quote:

(1) "One main plot turn will see the cheerleader (Hayden Panettiere) having to choose between 'someone she loves (SAVING PETER) and saving thousands of lives (KILLING PETER).' "

and

(2) "One main plot turn will see the cheerleader (Hayden Panettiere) having to choose between 'someone she loves (GOING WITH HRG TO BE PROTECTED) and saving thousands of lives (STAYING IN NY AND KILLING PETER).' "

I'm going to go with the second interpretation/theory not only because it is a little more complex, but also because it would explain the future which we saw.

After all, in "Five Years Gone," HRG was well aware that Claire was still alive, so in the future timeline (loop #2), my theory is that she must have chosen HRG over Peter, which is why Peter still exploded.

If Claire chooses Peter this time, then perhaps we will have really made a shift into Loop #3.

As for what Superhiro said, I think Kring mentioned a while ago that Season2's going to be a little better as far as breaks go (there won't be as many of them), but season 3 is going to be a 24 like block of episodes. it'll start January 2009 probably and just run a straight season, no breaks.

Next time you have some Heroes news you'd like to see reported, please email me directly so I can help you out. We have a very strict "no spam rule" here and while this was helpful Heroes info (I learned something anyway) it was also kinda spammy.
