Remember when we were told the spoiler that Knox's ability is sort of like everyone's combined?
I think Knox is an animal mimic.
He could heal (like a lizard)
He could climb walls (like a spider)
He could soar (like an eagle)
He could punch and kick (with the strength of a bear/elephant)
He could run (as fast as a cheetah)
...you get the point. This is an ability that could be sort of like everyone's combined as per the spoiler... no?
Also, a tidbit of a quote from WAYYY back in Season 1 that might possibly be hinting to an eventual body-switcher in the series:
Chandra, talking to Sylar in "Six Months Ago": If the soul exists, scientifically speaking, it exists in the brain.
Perhaps this is small support for the writers wanting a body-switcher who could transfer his/her soul into another... they just didn't know when to introduce this character. Maybe now is the time...

reactive evolution
but he is restrained........so animal mimicry sounds good.
However, sylar was restrained. Peter was not.

Milo Ventimiglia, who plays the power-absorbing Peter Petrelli in NBC's Heroes, told SCI FI Wire that the upcoming third season will shock people--and not just because something happens to his character in the very beginning of the season premiere.
"I think a lot of people are going to be shocked," Ventimiglia said in an interview at the Television Critics Association summer press tour in Beverly Hills, Calif., over the weekend. "Not only between the opening moments of the season, but every single scene of every single character that comes through. I think people are really going to be excited, surprised, fascinated. I mean, I flip through the scripts just as fast as I can, and I'm blown away by what I see, and I'm really excited to see, like, the 'holy s--t!' moments, you know?"
The upcoming third season is subtitled "Villains," which also applies to the dark side of his character, Ventimiglia said. "As good-hearted and well-intentioned as Peter is, exploring that darker side is inevitable," he said. "And, I think, you know, you're going to see some people that have walked a very shadowed past, possibly walking on the good side."
Look for the Petrelli brothers--Peter and Nathan (Adrian Pasdar)--to spend more time together, he added. "Keeping the brothers Petrelli apart for very long is a detriment to something that is great between those two characters," Ventimiglia said. "I've spent a lot of time with Adrian, ... very happily."
As for Nathan's apparent death at the end of last season? Doesn't everyone always come back? "I know that the beginning of this year, [series creator and executive producer] Tim [Kring] said to me--I don't know what he said to anybody else--but he said, 'If you die this year, you're dead.' So. I mean, those of us who do have that ability [to resurrect]--myself and Claire and who else? I guess the two of them. Those are the two that really can't [die]. There could be more."

Did anyone notice the coffin or what looked like one in the latest spoiler video? If I had to guess it would be that it is Adam Monroe.
I read this on a wiki site and i was amazed that it was noticed. I remember seeing a room that looked like algae. Bredan lweis and adam monroe are in level 5?
From all intents on the GN, he was dead after expending his amplified power. You see her take her hands away from a tree with a face, and the face is drooping.
If he was alive, you'd think they'd put him down just as ruthlessly as they did her.
One bullet, right between the eyes, takes care of two birds, and they're one step closer to taking care of the manifested menace!

I can see Adam being placed back into Primatech, but my guess of the algae-covered window would be more along the lines of Julien.. The one who could clone himself. His ability was also quite plant-like, if you recall..

After all, F. Peter and F. Niki are dating and are extremely close to one another. I'd assume that F. Peter will be the one to get body-snatched rather than Present Peter - it's just a feeling I have. And if Niki is really being inhabited by someone else, not only have there been plenty of opportunities for this entity to do a body switch with F. Peter, but F. Peter would have also absorbed the ability himself! Who knows, maybe if/when the body-switch does occur, it's UNINTENTIONAL on Peter's part - in the same way that he's unintentionally levitated in front of Nathan, or unintentionally time travelled to the future with Caitlin, or unintentionally zapped electricity out of his hand while in the shipping container...
Sorry to end your fun, but I've had this theory for practically ages. Even when they pulled the "she suffers from multiple personality disorder", I just used the excuse that it's quite possible they couldn't identify it. That's why I'm in so much support of the body-snatching ability being used by F. Peter. Someone commented somewhere else that the reason Peter's scar is still there is because he and Hiro exist outside of time, so any effects of changing the past does not change who they are. So what if Peter absorbed Niki's ability when she was dating him in the future and hence has had the ability all the time?

Still sticking to the theory that he was the one given up for adoption and the only reason he's helping The Company/Angela is because she's either biologically related to him, or he wants answers in return for him helping her.
Maybe to help her chances, Angela had Sylar mindwiped, but he's definitely not going to be mind controlled during Season 3 IMO. His help will all be voluntary. In regards to a mindwipe, we don't know for sure, yet, if Charlie's eidetic memory can overcome a mindwipe, and we won't know until we see it happen in the series.
"But wait, PK" you ask, "Wasn't Sylar mindwiped back in Season 1? And after waking up, he still remembered Claire's name? So doesn't that mean that Charlie's memory CAN overcome a mind wipe?"
My answer to that is simple: No. We were supposed to believe that he was mindwiped. Remember, just because HRG tells The Haitian to mindwipe someone doesn't mean he's going to do it. The Haitian answers to Angela first and foremost, especially in regards to people of special interest to her (such as Claire, and probably Sylar if he is indeed the one she gave away). She might not have wanted Sylar mindwiped because she knew that he would be a great asset one day. Actually, come to think of it, I don't ever remember HRG telling Haitian to remove Sylar's memories... does anybody?

I'm sure most of us here had this thought for ages too, especially when we first saw the appearance Jesssica back in episode 7 of season 1 ("Nothing to Hide"). But in regards to Season 3, I think I was the first to bring up Niki in regards to a body-snatch. But I'm not one to get hot and bothered over a small little theory. Its all yours for the taking.

I like that theory a lot, and it would indeed make a lot of sense. After all, Future Claire 'magically' reappeared in the timeline when Present Peter saved Present Claire. But this makes sense according to the theory because Claire, herself, does not possess chronokinesis, which still places her within the realm of 'time.' Hiro and Peter, as we know, have the ability, which could place them outside of the timestream. Makes sense...
However, the only issue with this theory is this: We are told in spoilers that we will see Future Hiro again. But Future Hiro has already died. If the theory about Peter/Hiro exisiting outside of time is true, then the F. Hiro we will be seeing HAS to be a version of Hiro that lives sometime between the Present and before "Five Years Gone," since we know that's when Future Hiro dies.
Even though I do like the genius-ness of the theory a lot, I'm still sticking to what Claire so gracefully said in the Season 1 Finale:
"The future isn't written in stone."
And I don't think Peter's scar is either... but we shall see... a little less than 2 months left!!

If The Haitian knew who Claire was in relation to Angela Petrelli (which it's obvious that he did because he was paired up with HRG for a reason, and he followed Claire to New York), then he most certainly knew who Peter and Nathan were IMO. Thus, I definitely think that he let Nathan go in "Hiros" and Peter go in "Unexpected" because he knew that they were Angela's sons. If he really wanted to, he had plenty of time to nullify both of their powers, but he didn't because Angela would have probably beaten his butt if he allowed HRG/Thompson to 'bag and tag' them.
I remember the ongoing discussion last year that The Haitian could only nullify certain abilities - in particular the ones associated with a certain part of the brain (after we were introduced to the files on the Primatech Paper website). Silly me! It's clear, after Season 2, that The Haitian can nullify all abilities as seen in the shipping yard when he's fighting Peter. Thus, in any scenes where people escaped from The Haitian in Season 1 (i.e. Peter and Nathan), the only explanation is that he let them go under his own free will.
Heroes-france.com has this picture of Niki (Tracy maybe? lol) and Nathan on the set of Heroes filming a scene together. YAY! I always loved these two, they had great chemistry in "Collision".
