there was TWO 'peters' aka 2 different hairstyles in the pictures...(that is, incase you cant tell that just ONE has the scar) aka...future+present peter stuff (not sure if they'll meet though, i hope they DONT)
the scar explanation= FTW
i LOVEEEEEEEE the idea of future peter trying to change something future hiro has changed
from this point on, i am like...almost wanting to NOT read any more spoilers. i'm freaking out
The original script was about ****'s hm.....short reign of terror for five episodes........, but since quinto is free from star wars....i wonder how many abilities will he steal.
I just noticed i accidentally posted a link to my website on the last page instead of to the pic of the explosion... weird.. must have had the wrong thing on my clipboard copied...
anyway... i meant on the door in the exploding earth pic.
I've never been one to get sucked in to the Peter-Scar debate, because A) it's of no importance to the real story and B) it was something that would have been inflicted upon him as a result of the Season 1 future which did not come to be...
But anyway... plenty of future stuff coming our way it seems! Prepare minds to be blown by LUDICROUS SPEED!
Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - She may have been discussing her new sassy haircut, but "Heroes" actress Hayden Panettiere also gave away some "Heroes" news.
Be prepared "Heroes" fans, there won't be just one Claire when the show returns. How about one good Claire, and one bad Claire. So now the show may go something like this: "Save the cheerleader, save the world," and then "Don't save the bad cheerleader, she's trying to destroy the world."
Panettiere, who appeared at the Ford Flex Rally in L.A. this weekend, talked about her new short bob. The 18-year-old actress said that because she wears extensions, and one of the Claire's has dark hair, she was ready for a change.
She said the new short bob is easy, she can just get up and go.
Even though she spilled a little about "Heroes," she still wasn't talking with her relationship with "Heroes" co-star Milo Ventimiglia. By the way he has really nice hair also.

Paul in Philadelphia: We needs us some resolution regarding Kristen Bell and season three of Heroes. Will she be a regular or not?
I'd say you needs you some grammars, but I know yous just being cutes. (Hee.) According to sources, Kristen Bell will not be a regular this season on Heroes, but she will appear in a recurring fashion, most likely for five more episodes. (Better than nada, no?) The only new regular is Cristine Rose as Mama Petrelli, who has a lot to do this season. Oh! And I just met up with Brea Grant, the new villain Speedster (otherwise known as Landry's dread-headed cutie on Friday Night Lights) and she's all kinds of awesome—and coming to our next Watch With Kristin Show, so stay tuned.
Miss Kitty: We've heard rumors about Heroes showing at least one hour of the premiere at San Diego Comic-Con. If the panel is only an hour long, then is that ruling it out? Thanks for any info you can dig up.
I'm told there will just be a Heroes sneak peek, not the full premiere.
SPOILERS
Randall in Santa Fe, N.M.: Jack Coleman is a god. He's back next season on Heroes, right?
Of course! And what's totally amazing is that my wish of Zachary Quinto and Jack Coleman sharing loads of screen time is coming true. I'm hearing that Sylar is going to start working with H.R.G. I know. Whaaa? (They might beat out Sayid and Ben as TV's least expected odd couple!)
matt parkman will work with evsdropper later. Nathan, matt, and peter worked together. Noah, ted, and matt also worked togther.
Pay attention to the groups i mentions.
Sylar wants knox ..and a regenerative ability.
Joe toleranco , or however is named is spelled, has great facebook spoilers if you check his page. He gave away hints of what matt can do this season. Arkus said he can flash? Molly? Hm.....

Tim Kring, creator and executive producer of NBC's Heroes, told SCI FI Wire that the upcoming third season will take the show and its characters in entirely new directions--including deep into the backstory.
"One of the things that this volume is going to do that, I think, is really going to be fun for the audience is that there were very initial sort of primal questions that the show asked," Kring said in an interview at the Saturn Awards in Universal City, Calif., on June 24, where he accepted an award for best television DVD. "Who am I? What's happening to me? How am I connected? Where are these powers coming from? All of those questions get reframed and turned on their head in a very interesting way in this volume."
As with the previous two seasons, the third will be divided up into volumes. The first is titled "Villains" and will focus on the nature of good and evil, Kring said.
"You're going to see a lot of bad guys in this one," Kring said. "The idea, also, is we're playing off the idea of our characters as heroes or villains. So it's really the duality of good and evil. ... We're playing off of this duality of good and evil. All of our characters were given these powers and possess these powers, and at some point it becomes sort of free will and human nature as to what you're going to do with that. And all of us are given the choice to make decisions that lead us down very dark paths or towards heroic ends. And so, literally, every one of our characters gets faced with that dilemma."
Kring also said that the popular villain Sylar (Zachary Quinto) will continue to be an integral part of the show in the third season. Quinto had originally been written out of the last half of the second season due to his shooting schedule on the upcoming Star Trek film. But because of the writers' strike, that part of the story was pushed into the third season, and Sylar was written back in.
"Well, we have no plans of saying goodbye to Sylar right now," Kring assured fans. "I mean, that was yet another silver lining for the strike, was Zach Quinto's availability to us in the third volume. I mean, that was a huge thing for us to be able to have him back. As you guys know, he would have disappeared for a large chunk of the second half of season two. And so, for us, it was a big, big deal."
The third-season premiere of Heroes is scheduled to air on Sept. 22. (NBC is owned by NBC Universal, which also owns SCIFI.COM.) --Cindy White
As for the lack of flashback in season two It seems that was a casualty of the strike. The Behind the eclipse said we would learn all of the Petrellis secrets and they are linked to A LOT of the back story we don't know: Claire, the company, etc. I believe Generations was the "set up" - laying the ground work for Adam, the 12 and how this has been going on for generations and will continue to do so.
awesome! i cant wait any longer! plz hiro! take me to the future where hiros is already airing!
that being said..i really hate the idea of everyone being so connected. it seems everyone is 'related' or...offspring of the originals. I liked the idea of 'ordinary people with abilities' not...a group of ppl with abilities+their offspring
i liked the dl, nikki, micah thing, because it took alot of effort (it seemed) to get them together to conceive micah. (remember in season 1, all the pictures and information about dl and nikki that linderman collected)
Ali is definitely still a part of Heroes. Niki Sanders, not so much, but Ali will stick around and conjure up a whole new personality we haven't yet seen before for season three: Tracy Strauss.
Tessa in Kansas City, Mo.: Kristin, will Ali Larter definitely be back on Heroes this season? Last we saw her she was in an explosion, if I remember correctly.
Ali is definitely still a part of Heroes. Niki Sanders, not so much, but Ali will stick around and conjure up a whole new personality we haven't yet seen before for season three: Tracy Strauss. (Something tells me she'll be hot, blond and look like that chick who once wore a whipped-cream bikini for Dawson Leery.) Meanwhile, I'm pretty sure I'm hitting the set tomorrow to interview a few of the castmembers, so if you have Q's for the Heroes cast, I know a secret place you can hide them: tvdiva@eonline.com. (I'm not sure who'll be there, but I know Zach and Milo will be.)
Drew in Montana: Give up some goods on Heroes! What's next for my favorite, Matt?
He's going to end up in the desert with a horse with no name...and a tortoise. Believe it or not, I'm serious about the desert and the tortoise part. Matt's storyline is about to get über-trippy!
Ollie asked me if I wanted to go see what they were shooting now. I was stunned! We went on set and I met Adam Armus (Producer and writer of that episode) overseeing a scene in the Bennet house with Sandra Bennet (Ashley Crow) talking to a woman whom I will not identify. One of the things I have to explain is how thoroughly, meticulously and convincingly detailed all the sets are. It was a pleasure to walk around the Bennet house set (I was mainly sequestered to the living room and garden) and see how the production team had solved a hundreds of tiny problem
From there Olllie guided me through a multitude of sound stages and sets. Unfortunately the Deveaux rooftop was dismantled at the time, but Isaac's loft was relatively intact with its huge nuclear mural on the floor. I marveled at the Primatech corridors and the level 5 cells. Bob's office was overwhelming in its meticulous attention to detail including files and folders on dozens and dozens of people with godsends.
Then came my second highlight. As we came across another set I noticed that this one was densely populated. I stood in a hallway looking through into a room and could swear I recognised the man standing in the next room. It was Zachary Quinto. Sylar himself. He was talking to someone who had their back to me. When she turned around I recognised the petite blonde as Hayden Panettiere (Claire). I was shocked and elated at seeing these two. Then from around the corner walked Jack Coleman (Mr Bennet) to complete the trinity! They proceeded to block out a scene with the director and crew. I asked Ollie if I could go closer and he shrugged a confirmation. I edged around and joined the rest of the crew. They proceeded to play out a very, VERY interesting scene that made me break out in a huge grin with its implications.
Sylar, claire, and noah share scenes together? Sandra and Angela chatting?
Oh yeah ,read this
When I stepped into the next room I think I did a double take. Sitting behind a large desk was comic book superstar, Jeph Loeb. As I stood there in the doorway agape, a nerf dart impacted into a collage of HEROES images clipped from magazines on the door behind me. Jesse Alexander apologised and shook my hand with a big grin as he collected the dart. Aron Coleite, the new writer of the Uncanny X-men shook my hand and I thanked him profusely for getting me the gig with HEROES. Aron beamed with energy and looked great having dropped a lot of weight. Joe Pokaski was seated on a couch around the corner to the right and smiled, "You know we read the boards and the 9th Wonders fans really love you."
i dont think the horse figurine will be there... she said she was serious about the desert and tortoise parts... not the horse w/ no name part. she was just referencing a song.
seriously, i look for updates and posts in these forums countless times per day...i have to say..regarding spoilers..
is it just me? maybe i'm just not reading this right..personally i am frickin FLOORED AWAY at the spoilers..not that they give too much away but.
1-future stuff always kicks arse
2- the scenes 'match ups' are OMG (aka sylar and claire and angela and noah's wife)
3- future hiro (I hope) i know theres future peter but..
4-virrains...lots of em
5-i have a feeling 'miracle blood' is gonna get solved
6-reason being 'they' read our posts to a degree i think (they= writers etc)
7-the strike was the best thing that could have happened, as well as the low ratings
8-personally, i love matt parkman, and i stays around for a while
ok....is there any word on mr invisble coming back? (claude) they could DEFINETELY use the 'hide one of them' storyline with the adopted person..
