I think this Niki is a double/clone is a bit off, but definitely would be something cool to see.
I saw on another site that if you check out the assignment tracker at heroeswiki, there's a Jackie Petrelli who's been tracked to Toronto. Doubt that he'll be brought in to the show, but maybe that's where the Petrelli bloodline will come from.

Plant manipulation, weather manipulation, or something passive like......hm....healing. She was knocked out in Angela's dream and using a gun. Why have a gun if you have Plant manipulation or weather manipulation?
I think Maury and linderman have a gun in offensive situations?
Hmm...I still got nothing, but the whole Niki/Jessica/Tracy situation kind of has me thinking about that GN a couple months back, about the girl who keeps saying she has a sister, and her parents call in HRG and the Haitian, and she discovers her sister was being kept captive by the Company.
Didn't really get any more explanation about that GN....and given Linderman's involvement in the Company and Niki's life, I don't think it's farfetched to think that Tracy/Jessica is Niki's twin sister who was taken away in much the same fashion. I know it was mentioned before but I'm a fan of this theory.

Well... honestly... even if the jessica/tracy are twins theory sounds good to me, i'm gonna stick with my clone theory for a while
Also, thinking about that pic and the promo poster, dont you think that maybe tracy has cryokinesis or weather control? she is the only char whose background shows a wheather condition, just like nathan has the strange buildings at the background and angela has the capitol/mansion ceiling, I think tracy's background is a hint about her, and I think is her ability. Also, winter is associated with "death of the plants" because of... well.. I think you know why... So the winter background could also mean "less life", "aucense of life" or even "death" (since coldness is associated with death)... which is pretty much nothing knew to what we already know of her... *sight*
yes i can see winter meaning loss of life. it doesnt look liek shes using her power in a happy way by her expression thats also why i beleive that its killing the plant. boy though you can totlaly tell its a new person shes playing. shes real good at playing multiple people.

Oh yeah, did anyone notice the beetle in truth and consequences. Not a roach, but a beetle.Also, Victoria pratt had four clips. 2 of angela an d two of kaito. So, she paid alot of attention to Kaito and angela.

from that pic, I think that she is discovering her ability for the first time... meaning someone is telling her what she can do, or realizing that something she accidentally did before was her doing...
yea i just dont think it looks like shes gonna give it a healing hug with her powers. and hte glare at about 1 am everything is lasers coming out of the eyes
