My main reason for thinking its Arthur is that Kring or one of the other writers (i cant remember which) said last year that all of the people in the photo of the twelve are being played by the actor who will portray them in the show. That means Arthur will be shown at some point...

Look for a new villain named Joy. Her power is superspeed—she's lightning-fast, like the Flash. Hiro meets her in a museum. He asks her if she has powers and if she is trying to steal some art. Angela gets punched by knox's liquid/metallic fist. I am not sure if he killed her though.Knox kills alot of the staff on level 5. He grabbed a guy by the shoulder/torso level and threw him on the wall. He held the person above his knee level. Next, he throws the random person into threw the wall or door.I think his room has algae on the wall , blood/liquid stained cover , ...frozen cover/air lifting the cover [two fish ?] and ice in the room. So, he was in a ice prison or someone froze the room in a break in.
Noah is watching the monitor and helps elle. In a high res examination, either nathan or noah is listening to Angela. Seems like angela is explaining to Noah/nathan that knox is above all the level 5 prisoners or above all of the villians power wise. Of course,Asking noah to hunt down the villians is hinted at in jesse / action figure's comment.

Sylar finds ... hm... two different evolved humans, but one scence may not be on the company grounds. The signs indicate a apartment complex. The other may be in a upstairs room or the company faculty in NY.

Oh yeah, someone is chasing elle. The person has a small amount of ....hm.. blonde hair, tan hands/ caucasian, non hairy,a white/greyish sweater on and grey/blue pants. The person is probably a escapee. The person is hiding behind a corner wall section and is leaning on the wall with their foot against it.The person does not apear to be fat or old [maury]. The sweater may be a straight jacket.
Watch at 1:29 before elle runs off the screen. Around the corner is someone standing like cocky person. So, is it Sylar,Maury, ......a New character or Adam playing sick games ? Check out the last / mid frames at 1:29.
