Eating peoples powers? I thought he was stealing there brains to study them. When they said he had killed many people but only took some brains I assumed he was taking other "Hero's" brains to study them and find the source ot their powers. Whatever his power is he hardly seemed human at all and het his apartment was totaly normal (well mostly). What was the deal with them having a key to his apartment though? How did his dad get that key, why did he have it? I wonder what the link between Sylar and Mohinder's father is.

On the answering machine message that Sylar left for Mohinder's dad, he says something about how Professor Suresh "awakened" whatever it is in Sylar. I think Sylar is the "Patient Zero" Mohinder says he dad was looking for in E1.
If Professor Suresh awakened whatever it is in Sylar then did he create him? Or awaken his power? And why is he killing everyone? .... /me counts the hours till tonights episode.

AFTER WATCHING/READING/STUDYING BOTH THIS FORUM AND RECAPPING THE SHOW, I BELIEVE THAT MOHINDER'S DAD (CHANDRA) ULTIMATELY IS RESPONSIBLE FOR "CREATING" THIS..."SKYLAR" ANOMALY. IF YOU GUYS REMEMBER FROM LAST WEEKS EPISODE WHEN MOHINDER FOUND THE WRITING..."FORGIVE ME" ON THE WALL OF HIS DAD'S APARTMENT. (CAN WE SAY..."CREEEEEPY") IT WOULD MAKE SENSE THAT HIS DAD COULD'VE VERY WELL GENETICALLY ENHANCED "PATIENT ZERO" (SKYLAR). I BELIEVE HE WROTE "FORGIVE ME" BECAUSE HIS RESEARCH MONKEY IS NOW OUT OF CONTROL. I cant comment on the Nubian girl, or Nikki just yet. Need more time....but I can tell you that she is AND will turn on the other Heroes. She clearly set Nate up and her alter ego wont allow the "real" Nikki to remember once she blacks out. I dont think her son has anything to do with nothing. Strictly decoy. Question....who was that skeleton of in the desert after she buried those two goofs from the garage? Was that Nikki...the real Nikki? Now that is eeeeeerrriiiieeeee.......
I believe the Nikki that strip teased for Nate was the alter ego. I'm willing to bet she wakes up in the elevator or passed out in the bed. (Depending on who Skylar took with him) Nate is the only one in that scenario with the real power. How can Sky steal the brain of a girl who does not exist. That would mean the real Nikki could not survive.........Comments?
So far we know that Sylar has freezing powers, telekinesis, and perhaps super-strength? He was able to jump pretty darn high, though that might just have been his own telekinesis lifting him up. Whatever else he has, he scares the $h*t out of me. Those crime scenes were were pretty gruesome.
I wondered if he was taking the brains to study or to experiemnt with, to see if he could mutate abilities through joining parts of different brains together, maybe to make some kind of super-super hero that has countless abilities.
