DL is quickly becoming one of my favorite characters.... It was awesome how he knew that Nikki, or Jessica, was going to be alright, and I think he's a genuine Hero, just because of how quick he reacted when he saw the burning car.
If they keep this Nuclear guy around I'm thinking that I'm going to like him too... But I do think he's responsible for New York exploding, he just seems so unstable. And remember what he told Matt when he was about to get shot? "Do you know what'll happen when I get shot, because I don't?" Just Awesome. He totally reminds me of Chamber from X-Men too. And Micah Reminds me of Forge from X-Men.
As for next week's preview. Who is this Indian kid at the beginning of the preview? I'm almost sure he's the one who gives Mohinder the key, but I don't know what the key's for. Also, is it just chance that both the new kid AND Micah have there arm extended and such? I don't know if they were hinting at something with that. And a new Theory.... What if Mohinder's power was to find other Mutants, Like how Xavier uses Cererbro to find others in X-Men. But then again I could just be too caught up on comparing the two...

I feel really bad for 'radiation' man. I am assuming that his radioactivity is probably what caused his wife to get cancer, and ultimately die. What a horrible thing to be on his conscience! He obviously loved his wife very much, and her death will weigh heavy on his heart.
He might not feel as though he has much to live for. And, considering he is basically a walking bomb, his instability could be very dangerous!
Did you see how Lyle nibbled his pizza? What a tiny appatite. His power could be rare male anorexia.
DL rocks. He's up there with Hiro in coolness.
Peter was less annoying this episode. I enjoyed his brunch scene. He just needs to be more proactive and less dependant on others.
Micah kind of annoyed me this episode. His power is cool, unless it only works on broken payphones. That'd be a useful power. Then again, Clark Kent always went into telephone booths to be a hero too.

Anyone else think it's odd that the FBI has a pill that can cure you of 18000 Rads worth of radiation. That's a lotta radiation. Like, instant radiation sickness level radiation. Just throwin that out there.
There are pills to prevent the effects of radiation poisoning. One example is iodine pills used to cancel the effects of radiation saturated salt from building up in your thyroid gland (I believe). I would expect she would have had them take one before entering the home of someone that uses radiation to kill. Even if she hadn't thought it was a superpower, anyone tinkering with such radioactivity, is bound to have some high energy residue in their house. But at least she had the pill on her, which would be expected, when hunting a radioactive killer.

They are Potassium Iodine Pills. They are used after exposure to radiation to protect the thyroid. The Federal Gov. distributed 2 pills to every person living and/or working within 10 miles of a nuclear reactor about 3 years ago!
Also the reading was 1800 not 18000. The safety factors with radiotion is time, distance, and shielding. Depending on the actual type of radiation, alpha, beta, or gamma, clothes would only protect against alpha, maybe some beta, that is the shielding. Distance wouldn't help them some they were immersed in the room. Finally, TIME. They were not in to room too long since they had a meter with them.
Finally, you only get contaminated when you get the radiation particle on you. The show was actually pretty realistic with that portrayal.
Had to chome in since I am a Hazardous Materials Technician.
They foreshadowed something important in the show and I don't know if anyone caught it! This is the 4th watch through of the series I've done and I finally just heard it.
at the beginning of the episode, Peter was having a dream about Mr. Deveaux. The first line of the show.
Peter: "ArmCore is holding steady, but Yamagato was down to 215 1/8th. I think that's a good bargain."
