yeah i think that HRG could be the misinterpeted good guy. ya know in the preview for future shows, HRG asks Isaac for help. so either he is actually good, or just trying to lure isaac into a trap of some kind. hm, not sure...
Maybe Nikki doesn't actually have any powers - maybe it's the boy that has the powers.
I had the same thought, but until now, it didn't occur to me why or how. Micah is obviously a genius. If his powers of the mind did not stop there, maybe he has the power to trigger Niki's change. Wasn't she talking to Micah on the phone before she blacked out in the car? Wasn't he in the house when she blacked out in the garage? Although, I have no clue where he was when she changed in the elevator.
Perhaps he does not trigger the change, but instead makes danger or threats a trigger. Maybe he's created this alternate persona through the use of hypnosis. I don't know, but it does sound cool to think that Micah could have such a pivital role.

I'm so excited for this episode... I love it when Hiro showes up in the subway with Pete, he looks all Uber cool and speaking some pretty good english.. I guess Ando-kun helped him out with that one, like he said he would..

Pretty dead set on the scar looking like the symbol that keeps appearing in a rather large portion of his face somewhere.
I've been thinking that maybe they choose nathan instead of niki because niki's ability isn't an active ability yet. It just surfaces when the need arises (her kid gets threatened, thugs try to beat her up, needs to sleep with nathan). She is unable to switch it on and off or use it like nathan can fly, isaac can paint the future, hiro stopping time. Niki only activates her ability by an event trigger. At the moment it looks like self preservation and the protection of her son. Also it's harder to determine if niki has an ability from an outside perspective. If a stranger came up and met her they wouldn't know the difference. Also about Micah I also believe he has a passive ability of the mind. But I don't think it advanced yet because he is still young. When he grows up a bit maybe he'll be come super human intelligent. Not much is known about what his level of intelligence is at it can't be college level yet or they would have taken more notice to him. If anything at the moment he may probably have the "potential" to be a genious but isn't quiet there yet. As for the Save the Cheerleader Save the World I think that Clair isn't the actual solution to the immediate problem but a means to get all the people who can save the world together to meet. What better way for hero's to meet and unite than a common goal. Think Justice League aliens come to invade the defensless earth. Heroes from around the world come together and organize to help people better around the world. In Heroes Save the Cheerleader is how they all meet or at least most of them. Save the world is what grabs everyones attention. So when the heroes do save the cheerleader they join together and save the world together because they can't do it alone.

I agree but this is my best guess. If things play out like they usually do on my guesses then I will be very pleased with the actual outcome when they finally show what it means. I can't wait til next episode when Niki faces D.L. I think Niki is coming closer to unlocking more of her ability. Who knows how it will play out? I read these forums and notice some people believeing one of them will go to the Dark Side. I think Niki has the potential of going to the dark side because her alter ego appears to be willing to do anything to protect her and her son. So if her alter ego views the "good guys" as a threat then she will turn on them. I am also curious on what they will do with their powers when they finally learn to use it consistantly. Like Hiro was very reluctant to cheating a gambling when using his powers. Also I believe the sooner they accept the fact they have these abilities the sooner they will gain control over them. Because if they don't accept these abilities they will subconsiously resist them. I think in isaac's case it is more of the ability to let go and let it happen. Thats why he can only do it when he's high probably. It removes his ability to resist and allows it just come to him. Well thats what I think thought
I think that HRG probably knew about Niki's powers. I'm thinking that Linderman has something to do with the story considering that Nathan went to Vegas to get money, and Niki was ordered by him (Linderman) to sleep with him (Nathan). Either HRG and Linderman work together, or HRG is Linderman, I'm not too sure.
